Our east coast based flying club appreciated Aurora being open and stocked with rental cars on a Sunday. We had their help finding a place to stay and conversations with the local pilots/instructors on flying the Columbia River Gorge. One of our planes had a battery failure and we received good service to get us flying again! We were on our coast to coast trip for one month and this FBO was one of the standouts!

We arrived on Thanksgiving afternoon; I knew the office would be closed from an earlier phone call. One of the owners, Ted Millar, happened to be there when we arrived. He helped me find my mother and her husband who were somewhere on the airport looking to meet us and made sure that we knew that the lounge area with Starbuck's coffee and cookies was available 24/7. The next day our departure was smooth and uneventful competent line staff and good facilities. It will be my place to park when I return. Great cookies and coffee.

This is truly one of the finest FBOs I have had the pleasure of doing business with over the past few years. We landed in our Citation and were promptly met with a courteous smile and our passenger's car warmed up and ready to go. After our passengers left, even we (the crew) were treated to the royal treatment. We parked at the Aurora Jet Center for 2 nights, yet unfortunately didn't require any fuel. On the day of departure the airplane was ready and waiting at the front door. They assisted us with a GPU and all the other amenities. When I was ready to pay for all that great service, I was told there would be no charge! WHAT, not even an overnight parking fee? WOW! It made me feel a little embarrassed that I didn't need to buy any JetA. So rest assured I will tell everyone I know what a great group of people they have over at the Aurora Jet Center.

I had to do a quick turn. I called ahead of time and talked to David and Christie. When I arrived John promptly fueled my Conquest and I was on my way in 15 minutes from stop to relight. Very professionally run origination. Great service and a great price on fuel

A "model" FBO. Fresh warm cookies, a decent computer for checking the weather or your email, comfortable furniture, and no need to taxi in with something turbine powered to be treated right here. Other FBO's should take note.

Every time I land and taxi in to The Jet Center, someone is there with a "how can we be of service attitude?" It is really refreshing to land some place and after one or two visits you are remembered. I give this FBO 5 out five stars. None better on the field.

This is a little jewel, perfectly located in the NW. Friendly, well done facility with a good quick turn capability. Using AvFuel card makes this a perfect stop.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They provided us with a handy 'directions' booklet to local hotels and also to McMinnville to visit the Spruce Goose. This FBO is next door to Vans Aircraft (home of the RV kit planes). Great cookies and Starbucks!
