Great experience flying in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I second the statements about challenging winds coming in on runway 6. Will return soon.

Fine, friendly field with sandstone FBO inspired by the nearby University of the South. Expect some bumps on final, especially when winds favor using 6. It's hard to spot from a distance, as there is little cleared area around the new, well-marked runway. Hangar space is usually available, no charge for tie downs. For a memorable meal, take the courtesy car ~2 miles east to Perl's. They pump your gas, but the ramp is sloped so watch out.
