KUUU was a splendid destination marked by a beautiful landscape and friendly service. The representatives from Landmark Aviation were very courteous and accommodating. After making a reservation with Enterprise the evening before and calling them prior to departure, my rental car was outside Landmark Aviation upon my arrival in Newport. From touchdown to takeoff, I did not have to worry about anything. KUUU will definitely become one of my regular destinations, due in part to the services provided by Landmark Aviation.

Great Service. Was greeted on Unicom during taxi and lead to parking. They called cab for us before we were parked, will definitely be back!

I landed my little Skipper there last Memorial day, was greeted by Matt, who was VERY helpful and kind, even though he had been very busy that day. He called us a cab and gave us some helpful tips, and I didn't even get fuel! Will definitely go there again!

Make sure to bring your own lines and grass cleats. Transient parking does not include tiedowns or even some pavement. 1/4 of the parking was empty, but all of them were for local pilots. After securing in the mud/grass, no help for the long walk.

No one at landmark answered the radio (I made 3 separate attempts) No one met me as I taxied up. I parked in a spot with no markings but was told it was reserved and I had to move. 100LL is self serve only. Crowed ramp with no transient tiedowns. Chris's Aircraft is the maintenance shop and they share the building with landmark. Two separate companies...Not to be confused since Chris's Aircraft is first rate! Landmark...Well lets just say there's lot of room for improvement.

Friendly and professional staff. Switched-on mechanic helped solve an electrical issue very quickly. No messing!

Believe what you read about these folks...It's TRUE! Even on a very busy Labor Day the crew was incredibly helpful!

Visited Newport for the day. The Landmark staff was extremely helpful...They helped us find a spot on the crowded ramp, drove us into the FBO, and arranged for a taxi to go downtown (only about $15)... all without us even asking! Fuel prices were also reasonable. Great FBO!

Still a wonderful and friendly field. Adam of Landmark found/made space even though their ramp was packed due to a midweek conference in town. Adam had arranged transportation for our party within minutes, was courteous, and overall very helpful. Still a great fuel price in comparison to others nearby. Good stop!

Based my helicopter at Landmark for two weeks back in October. This is one of the friendliest, and most accommodating, FBOs I've ever visited. Special thanks to Matt who made it happen.

Just returned from a 2-night stay at Newport April 7-9. Staff at Landmark were very helpful as always, finding a tie down spot when the promised spots were taken, coming up with extra rope to replace the worn out sections, and really going the extra mile to help me find some AC to preheat for a few hours before departure. They assist with Enterprise who is again dropping off cars at the FBO. Moving the plane around without starting it may require 2 or 3 helpers, but they always seem to be willing to pitch in. UUU is a low-tech airport with a helpful outlook. They don't nickel & dime you for everything, and they really help you get on your way.

Outstanding FBO! Very personable staff that will go out of their way to help anyone landing at UUU. The Hangar facility is operated by Chris Aircraft Company that does honest repairs. Chris personally runs the maintenance and will not do unneeded repairs, run up your bill, or treat you like a checkbook with feet. I offer my highest recommendation for anyone needing aircraft maintenance of any type to fly in and have him look at your plane - you'll appreciate doing business with an honest man. The price of gas isn't the cheapest and runway 34/16 is a little rough but, an excellent FBO and maintenance facility.
