Landed at 5:30 on a Monday afternoon on the tail end of a 1500nm cross-country trip. FBO locked up tight, nobody in sight. No instructions for lockboxes, no contact information, no restrooms, no nothing--except for a rip-off pay phone that charges you .75 cents for a three-minute call, and then only gives you just under two-minutes to talk. Bought minimal fuel, left, will never come back.

This is a great FBO. Flew in on Saturday and arrived prior to Crowne opening (as planned) and the rental car was right where they said it would be. Brian was extremely helpful during our planning and the owner Craig is great. Called when leaving the mountain and the plane was pre-heated by the time we arrived back at the airport. The facilities are clean and well maintained. We'll be back!

Beautiful, cozy FBO. Flew in during the day -- and from the looks of it I wouldn't consider anything except RWY 05 if arriving at night. There's a reason that's the only RWY here with a VASI! Terrain is pretty extreme on all other approach paths.

This is a great airport. Nice runways and clean facility. Good fuel prices with a self serve pump. I have been back twice. The service is consistent with a smaller FBO. The employees I dealt with were nice.

Very flakey and poorly run business. Exceptionally poor customer service attitude. Ascutney Aviation at CNH, a few miles away, is a vastly better business and much nicer people.

Rarely attended. No one works at this place. Vermont should fire the moron who runs this place. Came in on a Sunday and needed Jet A for my Maule, left on a Monday and never saw a soul, door to state owned building was locked too, said on the door opened 9-5 on the weekends. Bad FBO, if you want service go elsewhere!

A&P Bill Sanborn is a great mechanic! I love this place.
