I have stopped in twice recently once on a weekend and once on a weekday and in both cases the building marked "Terminal" near the self-serve fuel was locked. No apparent restroom facility.

A great place to stop. Enterprise Auto Rental delivered a car within 15 minutes of my call. Upon departure, the local flight instructor, whose name I did not get, provided invaluable information to me about a mag problem, got me on my way promptly, and checked with me post-departure to confirm that all was well. Beware of stopping after hours; Strother Field terminal and B-Four FBO might be locked, and therefore, no restrooms. Trees on the east side of terminal provided the only refuge that I could find.
