Food quality has definitely gone downhill in the last several months. Food served cold, orders incorrect, wilted and over ripe vegetables, hit & miss service. Next time I come to Willows I will be taking the 5 minute walk to town and choosing one of several other restaurants.

First time for us to stop here for food & fuel two weeks ago. While it's not gourmet food, we didn't expect it or want it. Food and fuel were very convenient, fast and reasonable. We'll be back.

Went to KWLW for Nancy's after reading all of the great reviews. Food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Definitely not worth making a trip out of.

Been to Nancy's several times each with a different experience. Food is generally descent, and service is hit and misses. Its open 24-7, and real easy to get to.

The Hotcake Combo breakfast was great, and luckily served all day. Only 55nm from my home base, I'll definitely be flying back again and again.

August 1, 2007. I stopped here because of the cheap gas and the great reviews about Nancy's. The gas was cheap. The food was OK, but not worth a destination stop. On the way back I stopped in Red Bluff. Higher gas, but much better food.

On May 13, 2007 (Mother's Day) my wife and I flew up to Willows (Nancy’s) for lunch with my brother-in-law. What a treat for the ladies that day. A free breakfast and a rose from the owner(s). The food and service was the usual, OUTSTANDING!!! So if you need a place to go to, this is it, you won't be disappointed.

Wow, where do I start? I flew a Piper Tomahawk from Fresno and it took a while, so I was a bit hungry when I landed (food and fuel). I parked my plane right next to the pump and walked about 100 yards to Nancy's where I was greeted by a friendly staff and walls of interesting aviation memorabilia. The food was great! Big portions and reasonable prices, both in the restaurant and at the fuel pump, I then decided to walk to Wal-mart across the street- literally. Here's some advice, if you fly here at night, make sure you have a flash light, the pump is not lit.

Help me! I can't stop eating at Nancy's! They have friendly staff, huge portions of food, plus lots of airplane pictures on the walls. We often fly 240 nm roundtrip from San Francisco just for Nancy's club sandwiches and delicious fries. Stuff yourself, and then stuff your airplane with (relatively) cheap 100LL at the fuel pumps. What's not to like?
