Visited on Oct 17th...very well taken care of by the staff. Good secure airport and great time at the borrego Ranch. They will pick you up.

Italian food on airport is good and reasonably priced - closed Monday. La Casa del Zorro is now Borrego Ranch. The restaurant is only for overnight guests, but they will pick you up and drop you off for free. Drop-off was at the wing of my plane. $3 per night for a tie down - a great place for a winter escapes!

Decent restaurant with agreeable prices. It closes during the hottest months. There is a self serve fuel facility apparently ready to go but not operational as of this date.

Excellent Italian restaurant right next to transient parking. Very reasonable prices and good food. A tasty place to stop even when it's hot outside since it's dark and cool inside. Closed Mondays.

First visit. Called 10 minutes out and ride to Casa del Zorro for Sunday brunch was waiting. Casa del Zorro under new management but great ambiance, service and food.

Friendly and helpful airport management. Ristorante is closed on Tuesday, Open all other days for lunch and dinner but only open for breakfast Friday, Sat, and Sun.

The steak house has been replaced with a new Italian place. 7am to 9pm except Wednesday.

First time trip--Viki Cole, airport manager, said Crosswinds Steakhouse on field is closed due to the death of one of the partners. Friendly, quiet, scenic place. Stayed at Palm Canyon Resort--serviceable, nothing fancy; restaurant closed when I was there. Friendly people.
