Great facility they had my car ready when I arrived and took care of the airplane. And generally were very helpful.

Flew through M01 a few weeks ago, they were the main contact with the airport, as they are the big desk in the terminal. When leaving I was having some trouble with the 'ol G1000 and they proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful in getting everything working again, even though Garmin's factory overhaul parts may not always work. Would highly recommend M01 to anyone flying to this area specifically because of Downtown aviation. Besides they have a T-6 for training ya have to support that.
