I stopped in the other day when my engine was acting goofy. Jay and Larry were so very helpful and courteous. They were awesome! We checked a few things, got some fuel, and were back in the air in no time. These guys know service! Thanks Jay and Larry!

Great service at this FBO. We recently stopped here on a cross country flight. We stopped because we saw on AirNav that this airport has self serve fuel and we would be arriving late in the afternoon. When we arrived the FBO was closing, but the attendant was kind enough to let us in to use the facilities. He offered us a courtesy car and after he found out that we had been flying all day and still had farther to go he even made us sandwiches and coffee! We were very grateful for this service. I will be back to this FBO the next time I am in that part of the country.

I had a great experience taking 2 flight lessons while visiting Bolivar. I was out of training for 15 years because of a fear of landings; I had quit after 8 hours. Explained this to Jay and he taught me a power on approach where things didn't happen so fast. This let me get comfortable with what was going on. As a result I will probably resume flying lessons. Bolivar's runway is plenty wide, which helps lessons as well. The PA-28 appears nicely maintained and mechanically sound. Thanks, Jay, and good luck.

Wow! What a great FBO. Kim at the front desk really took care of us with a courtesy car and getting our plane fueled up. Clean modern place with great burgers. If you are in the area, definitely stop at Bolivar and visit FrostAir. We will be back.

Stopped here today to give some local friends a plane ride. My first time to this airport, very friendly place and accommodating. Great view of the ramp and runway from the lobby. We'll definitely be back, although hopefully when it's a bit warmer outside!

This airport is a true GEM. Great food (just a few steps from the gas pumps), easy self serve, comfortable facilities, easy in and out, friendly people, smooth runway.... Can't beat it. A must stop. Very highly recommended.

We diverted from a landing at Springfield to Bolivar, MO due to weather the Sunday after Thanksgiving 2007. I was expecting the airport to be dead with no one around -I was wrong!! The airport was vibrant with the cafe still open and folks all around. FostAir graciously allowed us use of the courtesy car and offered any help they could. We departed the next day after the weather cleared. This is the friendliest airport I have visited in some time. FostAir provides fuel, maintenance and flight instruction. Next time I need to stop in Missouri it will be in Bolivar with FostAir.

Great facility and wonderful people. We arrived at closing time for the restaurant (2:30 pm) and they graciously stayed open for us. We will be back soon!

We were met at the fuel pump by the guy working the front desk and he fueled out plane for us, no charge. Fuel price was decent and the people there are very friendly and willing to help. Runways and taxiways are in great condition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
