I flew in to Hammonton on October 25, 2009 and was greeted by a "Fly-In" of some sort taking place on the WEST side of the field. I haven't been here in many years, and was impressed by the NEW, large ramp and fuel farm in place. I saw where the restaurant used to be, though not sure if there are plans for a new one. Oh, and I am happy to report that there was a maintenance shop OPEN, and this was on a Sunday afternoon. A long runway with NEW pavement throughout. A nice stop if you're in the southern NJ area.

Pleasant experience, very nice people at the FBO. I dropped in to stretch the legs on a routine IFR flight. Click mic three times to activate automated Unicom. The airport is well maintained.
