Horrible Experience!! Flew there early in the morning to find the owner had the crew car until lunchtime. We hadn't eaten breakfast yet and had to wait until past lunchtime to eat. When the owner arrived, he didn't say a word to us- walked to front to look through some mail knowing we were waiting, and then he began to walk down the hallway toward the exit still without speaking a word. We didn't know if we should follow him or what. The lady behind the desk finally told us to follow him and that he was going to drive us to lunch. On the way, he didn't say a word and drove 15 miles over the speed limit the entire way and way back. Felt like we were an inconvenience. Will never return to this FBO!!!!

Nice airport, Tony let me take his wife's Nissan, which was nice. I think he was just glad to see someone.

Returning home to Eastern PA from Osh around 5pm on Thursday, 7/26, I had to land to avoid a squall line. Craig helped tug my plane to the fuel pump and topped me off. He then let me use the office computer to check weather - when it looked like I was going to be on the ground for an hour or so, Judy handed me the keys to their Lumina and a map to the nearest McDonalds. These folks were both great! Craig even stayed past closing to allow me to eat. They even offered me a discount because I was coming from Osh. I know it looks like a Turbine Palace, but they treated my vintage Mooney and me like I was driving a new G550. Thanks! ...

Landed here after hours because of weather. Thunder shower hit with lots wind and rain. I started pushing my 152 into the lee of a hangar. As I did the door opened and the crew of a King Air, that had landed just ahead of me, came out and got soaked as they helped push me inside. They moved aircraft to make room for me and shut the door. Turned out the crew was the FBO owner and his head pilot. Before they left they showed me how to get weather on their computers and how to operate the hangar door. They also offered the use of their truck for the night and directions to a motel, but I needed to leave after the weather passed. I didn't need fuel, I did buy a can of pop. Just wanted to thank Advanced Air! What great guys and a plush, spotless, facility! Thanks!

The Friday before the New Year’s weekend I was flying IFR Dunkirk to Indianapolis with my wife onboard when my engine began to lose power. I called ATC and told them I was losing power. They pointed me towards S24 Sandusky Regional three miles ahead. Craig at Advanced Air drove my wife into town to get a rental car and we drove to Indianapolis for the New Year holiday. Craig had an A&P living near the field and they looked the plane over on Saturday. Turned out to be the fuel servo, which got sent back to Kansas and repaired. I picked the plane up this past week. Craig Durnwald stayed in touch with me every day about the progress on the plane, assisted me in every way possible and basically turned a very unsettling experience into a discovery of a new and great FBO. Place was only a couple years old, hangar was immaculate and the service was above and beyond. I cannot thank him and Judy enough for their kindness and service.
