Landed at Madras today only to discover I had lost all the hydraulic fluid in my right brake. Rob and another person came out to help push me off the runway to Rob's hangar where the problem was remedied. Thanks Rob. I'll make S33 a regular stop to and from the northwest from now on

Took 5 Pax in 11/19/08-11/20/08. Rob showed up early and had the Courtesy car warmed up and ready to go. Very friendly, very accommodating. Great alternative to Redmond (only a 25 min. Drive) if you're close by and want to avoid the traffic. Used the GPS-A and the Obstacle DP to get in/out and they worked beautifully. Thanks for a great job developing this airport and a great place to stay!!

Flew into Madras 7/14/07 and parked for a week. Rob was very welcoming, stayed late to meet us, had the rental car waiting, and loaned us an Oregon atlas. His employees fueled up my plane upon departure at the self-serve. The FBO is very clean and large. Highly recommend.
