Very friendly staff. I was just stopping by to pick up some friends for a short flight but was still treated very well. Was able to borrow another headset for very cheap as well. Excellent FBO as far as I can tell and much less swamped then others around. I will be back.

Not helpful to newbie arrivals; unicom/line service unable to provide directions to FBO location or parking or fuel, first four employees encountered didn't know whether it was OK to park where I parked myself (no hassles, just ignorance), carried my own baggage (3 trips) from aircraft to parking lot while line crew stood around chatting with each other. They're not earning the $7.00 overnight SEL tiedown fee! AND exercise caution: if you want to get to your aircraft when office closed (c. 2100-0700) there's a $50 callout fee for letting you onto the airport!

Stopped in for a 2-day stay during the July 4th holiday. The service and attitude was "Outstanding". This airport is very convenient to the main freeway (North/South) we used as well as the hotel. Rental car was ready and waiting. This was the first place we found a source of maps since leaving Dallas. I was NOT happy with the treatment from SLC approach as we were vectored about 50 miles around their "Sacred B airspace" on a Sunday morning with NO ONE in the sky but us... We monitored them. We're from Dallas, TX and can get directly through that "B" airspace on Sunday mornings with no problem. Go figure... It was a vacation and "when in Rome..." just follow the natives.

Always a pleasure to go into this FBO. Been there in a WW24, PAYE, C441 and BE58. Treated great on each occasion. Fuel Prices are much better than SLC and with AirBoss it’s a great savings

Visited U42 for the first time. Nice airport. When I first called Air Center, they quoted a fairly high price for a rental car. I pushed back and got a decent deal in the end (same as I would have gotten at a KSLC FBO, only fair that be the case). Make sure to get the AirBoss card, monster discount at Air Center. Only real complaint is that the GPU sagged badly during my starts such that it was mostly useless, maybe it was set wrong or something. Saved a lot over KSLC, so I'd go here instead. Service was good and attentive. Expect long waits for IFR departures if KSLC is taking off to the south, I departed VFR and picked up IFR around the mountains.

Second time to U42. Had the option of going into Heber this time but my last experience was so positive, decided to return. Front desk lined up an SUV for our trip, staged our plane, fueled and plugged in the block heater the day before our departure. Hassle free. Would highly recommend U42.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. My wife and I stopped by for 3 days in our Turbo Arrow. The rental car (Enterprise, a bit steep at $47/day) was brought right to the airplane. We were greeted with a red carpet and a smile. Our fuel order was promptly filled and the staff was all very friendly. The interior of the FBO is spacious and clean. We'll be back!

These folks are wonderful! Prompt service, good prices [even better with AirBoss]. On our eastbound leg [a fuel stop] they lent us a crew car to get lunch. On our return westbound, they brought our rental right to the plane [with a smile]. Great service. Highly recommend them.

Landed at closing time after having been delayed at Vegas. The staff went above the call of duty to find me a nearby hotel and then shuttled me there and back. Top FBO!

Made an emergency landing with the LH engine oil cooler cracked. These guys were right there (on the taxiway) to help me. Towed me in and found the problem, 24 hours later, they had received and installed a new cooler and I was on my way... Above and beyond the call of duty. Great people! I would go out of my way for their business again.

This is the first time I have bothered to write a comment on AirNav, but I felt that the exemplary service I received from this FBO should be recognized. They went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me during my recent visit: Since Enterprise was closed on New Years day, they shuttled my family and me to SLC so we could get a rental car (and then returned it for us). Great service just doesn’t get any better than that!!

Great FBO!!!I purchased an Alarus at auction from the Salt Lake C.C. The lineman at the Air Center (Bill) provided me a tow, jump, air inflation and while starting the plane he noticed a gas leak. He may have saved my life! The Centers tech replaced the fuel line, checked out the Alarus and had me airborne in three hours. I gladly would have paid more than the 105.00 they charged!!

Landed on a Friday afternoon with an alternator that went belly-up mid-flight. Their mechanic stopped everything he was doing, located the part and had it fixed that night at a reasonable price. Rental car brought to the flightline within a few minutes of shutdown. Red carpet treatment. This is a first rate outfit. I will be back.

Stopped here last month and had excellent service. The line staff was top notch. I have been here before and will come again. Thanks Air Center!

We tied down for several nights and rented a car. Still had to pay tie-down charges. Not expensive, just not the way we do things in West Texas. Very friendly folks.

The folks at Air Center of Salt Lake could not have treated us any better! This was my first time into U42 but will not be my last. Pulled up in a single engine Commander and was met with a red carpet. Full service fueling and good advice and instruction on departing VFR and picking up IFR clearance airborne. I didn't look for or see self serve fuel, but looking at my receipt I see I was charge the $4.33 self serve price.

Gas is a little pricy, but tiedown is reasonable and the service was great. Flew in a turbo twin comanche and they were great about staging the aircraft for us. Weather computers, carbonated beverages, nice lounge.

Called in advance and they were not able to accommodate a 172-sized plane in hangar. We went to OGD (Ogden Jet) instead, which had plenty of space in a cozy, warm hangar.
