Landed at closing time after having been delayed at Vegas. The staff went above the call of duty to find me a nearby hotel and then shuttled me there and back. Top FBO!

Made an emergency landing with the LH engine oil cooler cracked. These guys were right there (on the taxiway) to help me. Towed me in and found the problem, 24 hours later, they had received and installed a new cooler and I was on my way... Above and beyond the call of duty. Great people! I would go out of my way for their business again.

This is the first time I have bothered to write a comment on AirNav, but I felt that the exemplary service I received from this FBO should be recognized. They went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me during my recent visit: Since Enterprise was closed on New Years day, they shuttled my family and me to SLC so we could get a rental car (and then returned it for us). Great service just doesn’t get any better than that!!

Great FBO!!!I purchased an Alarus at auction from the Salt Lake C.C. The lineman at the Air Center (Bill) provided me a tow, jump, air inflation and while starting the plane he noticed a gas leak. He may have saved my life! The Centers tech replaced the fuel line, checked out the Alarus and had me airborne in three hours. I gladly would have paid more than the 105.00 they charged!!

Landed on a Friday afternoon with an alternator that went belly-up mid-flight. Their mechanic stopped everything he was doing, located the part and had it fixed that night at a reasonable price. Rental car brought to the flightline within a few minutes of shutdown. Red carpet treatment. This is a first rate outfit. I will be back.

Stopped here last month and had excellent service. The line staff was top notch. I have been here before and will come again. Thanks Air Center!

We tied down for several nights and rented a car. Still had to pay tie-down charges. Not expensive, just not the way we do things in West Texas. Very friendly folks.

The folks at Air Center of Salt Lake could not have treated us any better! This was my first time into U42 but will not be my last. Pulled up in a single engine Commander and was met with a red carpet. Full service fueling and good advice and instruction on departing VFR and picking up IFR clearance airborne. I didn't look for or see self serve fuel, but looking at my receipt I see I was charge the $4.33 self serve price.

Gas is a little pricy, but tiedown is reasonable and the service was great. Flew in a turbo twin comanche and they were great about staging the aircraft for us. Weather computers, carbonated beverages, nice lounge.

Called in advance and they were not able to accommodate a 172-sized plane in hangar. We went to OGD (Ogden Jet) instead, which had plenty of space in a cozy, warm hangar.

Would not recommend as a fuel stop under any circumstance. Ramp under construction. Self-service fuel card reader would not work. Lineman had to come out and use their card to enable pump. Then I had to go inside and stand and wait 15 minutes to get a fuel ticket while counter personnel trained a new employee. Wasn't remotely a good experience in any manner....
Response from David B. Coats, Air Center of Salt Lake We apologize for not having space available for your airplane. Air Center of Salt Lake has begun construction on a new 8,000sqf hangar and plans to build additional hangars in the near future to accommodate transient and additional base customer aircraft.

I must retract my previous statement on the fuel price. The pending transaction on my account came through as I stated (exactly $1 more/gal) but the posted transaction was billed at $4.44 as advertised. Apologies for the misinformation.

Stopped off twice on a recent cross-country trip. The ramp is under construction and is a mess but should be finished in a few days. Linemen always right there to direct you and fill your fuel order. Oxygen service provided while I waited for under $40. On my first departure, I found a large rock embedded in a prop blade. Even though most of the MX staff was at lunch they found someone to come out and file it down for me. Helpful CFIs populate the building and can answer questions about local airspace and procedures.

Friendly, helpful staff but quite expensive. Self-serve pump didn't give receipt & the posted $4.44/gal price turned out to be $5.44! Also, as mentioned before, premium price for well-used, high mileage rental car. Guess they have a captive audience!
Response from Dave Birkley, Air Center of Salt Lake Tom please contact us and we will review your sale at our self-serve pump. Our price is $4.44. If it overcharged you we will gladly look into it. And yes I agree that Enterprise is overpriced for a 30, 000 mile Neon. Thanks for your business...

Stopped in for fuel and lunch. Line people willing to help with the self service fuel. When we asked about a cab for lunch the staff at the Air Center offered us their truck to take for lunch. We could not have asked for a better quick stop on the way to Phoenix and home again. Thanks Air Center.

Stopped from Dec. 24 through Dec. 26 2005. Staff was very helpful, particularly when I was trying to get out quickly on the 26th to get ahead of weather. Nice facilities. However, watch out for the non-left traffic pattern needed to avoid SLC airspace.

Great FBO! Super service with very nice people. If you need a car ask for a Budget rental car, Enterprise was a rip off!
