Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) is a replacement for Jet-A fuel, contributing towards a reduction in carbon emissions. Although SAF alternative fuels are produced from renewable sources such as kitchen and household waste, they mimic the chemistry of fossil-based jet fuel, providing the same performance and safety as traditional Jet-A.
