I've been getting fuel from them for several years. But you really find out what kind of company you're dealing with when you have an issue. Without going into detail they took care of my issue. Good attitude and great communication, I couldn't have asked for more. Service that I rarely see any more. Thank you.

Have been stopping at the Sonoma Jet Center now at least once a month for the last 3-4 years, perfect mid-point for food and fuel on San Diego to Seattle flights in our TTX or M350. Consistently excellent service. And consistently pleasant Line and office staff. Most recent visit was yesterday, stopped for top-off and food, while I was away at lunch something happened which I really appreciated-the fuel caps on our M350 are very stiff and often difficult to open, this occurred again while at Sonoma Jet Center and rather than attempting to force the caps open, Line made the correct decision to wait until I returned to ask me if the caps were locked. Good decision! As I learned long ago in the Navy, when in doubt, don't....And I would much prefer people ask if they have a question than forge ahead and break something.

My wife and I were flying from Atlanta to Seattle in our Seneca. Landed in Sonoma. Generally I don't go to FBOs that have "Jet" in their brand because I fear their focus is on the big jets. So on arrival I went to Kaiser, the other FBO. We stayed overnight. Next morning I could not start the left engine. Kaiser could not help. So I called Sonoma Jet Center for help. Ron Cassero their Chief Mechanic and Operations Manager said they were very busy, but given my situation they would be happy to help. He sent a crew to tow my plane to the maintenance hangar. In less than 30 minutes they diagnosed the problem, a dead fuel boost pump. Ron called his supplier immediately and was able to get a pump shipped. It arrived next morning and by noon we were in our way. I must add that the ladies at the FBO office were so professional warm and friendly. Thank you!!

The Sonoma Jet Center was awesome. Great service, great lounge and great complimentary food. But WAAY more important, I had a breakdown while starting up for departure. The maintenance team, Ron, Dave and Cory dropped what they where doing and worked most of the day to repair my airplane and get me on my way. They couldn't have been more responsible or professional. Ron called me the next day to confirm I'd made the 600-mile journey back home safely! I could not recommend more highly.

I use this FBO every time that I go to Santa Rosa. Everyone here is always very pleasant and professional. I was confident that my passengers today would have a good experience. My confidence was well placed. Today's flight was for a little seven-year-old with cancer. It was his first flight in an airplane. Haydee and Joel were so pleasant and professional. Haydee even saw to it that the passengers left with "Sonoma Jet Center" hats. That really completed the experience for my passengers. I'm sure they will never forget your kindness. Neither will I. Thank you again. You've earned a customer for life!
