Colleen here is so bright, friendly, welcoming and professional. What a gem she is. Shane and the others on line crew are great too. This is an excellent FBO. KBRD is a wonderful airport. In the same connected building as Executive, there is really good airport restaurant that is open every day of the year until 7:00 pm with homemade bread and baking. We totally enjoyed our two night stay with Executive and highly recommend them. Hope we can stay longer next time. Thanks!

I've just had the absolute worst experience with NorthPoint that has me wishing I never heard of them. I brought a plane to them for a prebuy inspection. Their lead mechanic assured me they worked for "me" and would do a quality job. I paid them in full but they neglected to check the oil filter for metal. The engine was of course loaded with metal when I had the oil checked by a reputable shop. To get the plane home to Washington I flew the plane over two mountain ranges, which put me in terrible danger unbeknownst to me. Northpoint charged for the oil filter inspection but did not do they work. I asked why not and the lead mechanic said because "the owner told me not to check the oil." I asked whom he was working for??? Why would he ask the owner and not me the buyer? Northpoint missed a lot more than the oil filter. In total I paid an additional $16, 000 to fix things they missed. NorthPoint suggested doing an IRAN, which will take 7 months.
