G450 - We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to clear customs from Canada. Line service team was quick and efficient and had a fuel truck standing by to give us fuel as soon as we cleared customs. The customs officer was amazing, very friendly and timely. We have always used GEG to clear in the past but GEG no longer offers customs on weekends so we tried COE and would highly recommend using this location as they are efficient, fast and were a pleasure to work with setting up our arrival. The CSRs were friendly and helpful and gave us access to the ramp to drop off catering and supplies. The FBO has a restaurant with a bar that serves wine and beer, etc. So, if your passengers want a drink while waiting, they can have one. Overall, a great experience with service, staff and the team at StanCraft definitely knows how to provide a quick turn for a heavy jet. We will be back!
