We flew in on Oct 15, 2019 with the intent of visiting the WWII museum on the airport. The line crew were very efficient and friendly in getting us parked right next to the door. The ladies behind the desk, Lelde and Danielle, were very friendly and helpful regarding our comfort and finding lunch at the Airplane Restaurant. They went out of their way to make our visit a very pleasant one and we'll be sure to use Cutter on

I have been into Cutter at COS twice in the last week and both times they have been excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff including arranging for return of the rental car I rented from the terminal. They are one of the best FBOs I have visited!

Cutter is simply the best FBO I have ever had the privilege to visit. Everyone is totally customer oriented -- and I arrived in an RV7! Before leaving, I needed 4 gallons of 100LL. I got service with a smile and a big thanks. RV7s, SR22s, and Citations all receive the same, royal treatment. I would make a detour to stop at Cutter. Thanks!!

The BEST FBO. Great Service because it is staffed by GREAT people...

Nice service from Cutter on an RON. They parked me close to an electric outlet so I could plug in my engines. The nearby Hampton Inn and Garden Inn have a shuttle service. Definitely a good overnight stop.

I Stayed at Cutter in KCOS between 5/19-5/28 and was amazed at the service and extremely friendly staff. Landed between thunderstorms approached and surrounding areas rained heavily which made unloading everything and the kitchen sink quite a task in the rain. The staff allowed my awaiting POV to drive out to the plane to ease loading. They employees jumped in without hesitation or even me asking for assistance to help unload the garage sale of junk the better half had

Fantastic customer service. Moved here from another FBO on field and was pleasantly surprised. Getting things done "yesterday" is no problem here. Very good safety and well trained line personnel. These guys are great!

Flew in for USAFA reunion. Cutter was EXCELLENT. Arranged Hertz rental, had it at the aircraft upon arrival. At least 2 line personnel there to help on arr/dept. CSR were very nice. Fuel price was fair...$5.81, especially for a larger airport. All of the above for an 182T! No ramp fee and they even had tie downs for the Skylane. Highly recommend.

First time to Cutter. Excellent. Great service. Missed the name of the lineman who helped us coming and going but he was awesome. CSR was great. Hanger and fuel prices were reasonable for being close to a class B area. Controllers were busy but efficient. Good stop in the Denver area. Thank you!

These guys are AWESOME! Flew in on a Monday night in a bonanza for a quick meeting. Had the car ready, waiting, and warmed up for us when we pulled up. When we returned, we found out that they hangared the aircraft since it had started accumulating snow. This was my 2nd time coming here and I'll definitely be back again and again!

Flew into KCOS end of June and had a good experience with the folks at Cutter. They were kind enough to drive me to the main terminal to get rental car (should have booked through them, it would have been waiting). There's someone always there to meet you at taxi-in, fresh brownies and excellent coffee or cold water when you walk in and someone smiling behind the counter asking how they can help. On this last visit, I really appreciated Jared S. and his assistance in loading and releasing the airplane - we'll be back for sure!

Outstanding FBO / Great service! This was our first time at this cutter location and we found the service of the entire staff was outstanding. The line staff assisted us with having the ground ambulance plane side so that their was no delay in getting our patient to the hospital quickly. I needed some night landings to stay current and so I decided to take my wife to KCOS for a $100 burger last week. We had been to Cutter in KABQ and the service was top notch, so we decided to give them a try in KCOS. We left Denver with full tanks and only took 5 gals of avgas once we got there, but you wouldn't have been able to tell by their level of service. They still let

Excellent line service and friendly desk staff. They called a taxi as requested on their UNICOM freq 15 minutes prior to landing and the cab pulled up to my airplane as I shut down. Overnight fee not waived with (57 gallon) top-off (Cirrus) but it was only $10. They will be my FBO of choice when I visit the 'Springs.

Cutter is my new favorite FBO at COS. I am disturbed to see that the other FBO at COS has taken the cowardly approach of blocking comments on AirNav. That position has backfired on this pilot/customer. Cutter was very professional, helpful, and we were fortunate enough to use their crew car on our last visit. Hands down one of the best FBOs I've ever landed at. We diverted to COS due to weather. Shortly after landing 3 line technicians surrounded the A/C, unloaded our bags and had the plane tugged into the hangar within minutes. Before we were inside, a hotel reservation was made for us and Stephen was kind enough to give us a ride in the company van. Outstanding job guys! Keep up the good work!

I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. These folks are AMAZING! The facility isn't impressive, but the customer service certainly is. We asked for a nearby non-chain lunch recommendation, and they sent us to the Airplane Restaurant... As we parked, a Cutter van pulled up, and the driver popped out of the car to give us a discount coupon he forgot to give us at the counter. Over the top! Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.

Landed at COS just before a big rainstorm on my way to Oshkosh. The crew at Cutter treated me like royalty, rolling my RV-6 into the hangar to protect it from the rain. Excellent Service! I've been to FBOs that were attractive and service was good. Cutter in Colorado Springs is different particularly when you get to deal with front desk staff like Pauline. Big service for a little plane!

Just spent a week in Cutter’s heated hangar and missed the snow storm. This was my second visit to Cutter this year and the service was GREAT again. Their people are their greatest asset. Their facilities are clean and conveniently located on the airport away from commercial ramps.

The staff and line guys provided one of the best FBO experiences I've ever had. We had to leave our minivan in COS for a month. I called Cutter who said it'd be no problem leaving it there. On July 1st, we flew in from southern Mississippi to drop my wife off to pick up the van. The line crew was waiting to park our plane (a 4 place homebuilt) and we were handed cold bottled water on the ramp.

Flew in to Cutter at KCOS June 6 for the weekend to attend a friend's wedding at the Broadmoor Hotel. Met immediately at Cutter by line personal to marshal me in and provide help. I had emailed ahead and all my requests were acknowledged by staff including hangar space for the aircraft given severe weather moving into the area for the weekend. Last weekend while doing flights for charity organization Wounded Warriors I had the great pleasure of being waited on hand and foot by Cutter Aviations finest employees Eddie and Sean at Colorado Springs. These two individuals went above and beyond providing our wounded veterans with first class service and respect. Flew into COS in a 421 on 8-24-11. Great service, rental car on the ramp, great fuel price. Loaded passengers to leave the next day and I had a dead starter. I asked Cutter if they could recommend a mechanic on the field and they referred me to Alan Spencer with Pro Av. He rushed right over and confirmed the starter was dead. I was ready to accept that we were stranded until a new one could arrive the next

It was just a quick stop in KCOS on 3/19/15 and service was excellent. We had an issue with our lav and both line personnel (can't remember their names) were spot on. They had the cart out right away, provided me with the necessary equipment and solved the problem. After that, they hustled and retrieved the fuel truck and were quick in providing fuel, so we could have some time to grab a quick lunch. CSR service was excellent inside

I will absolutely use this FBO again. Ledle at the front desk was kind and patient as I struggled with cell phone reception issues. Plane was ready despite me showing slightly earlier than expected. Line crew assisted with an unexpected jump-start when I left the master switch on.

We were diverted to KCOS due to weather and, having never been to KCOS before, were given the choice of two FBOs. Luckily, I selected Cutter. We received the best service I've experienced at an FBO from Jerry and Rita at Cutter. They negotiated a great rate for us at a local hotel, parked our 172 for us, and drove us to the hotel. The next morning Cutter was very helpful in getting us on our way. A great staff!

I transported an Angel Flight passenger to COS from ABQ and found the service at Cutter to be outstanding. Two linemen met my passenger and me at shut down. The guys were very helpful in unloading the passenger and her wheelchair, they escorted her to the FBO and assisted her in meeting her ground transportation. Cutter provided exactly what I needed on this trip.

Had another great experience at Cutter, after diverting here due to WX. They went out of their way to get us set up with a hotel and rental car, and the line staff took great care of the airplane as well. Fair prices for an airport of this category, too. One of my favorite FBO's.

Everyone here is excellent. Helped with our car or we would not have been able to obtain one. We have a small RV so sometimes we get treated as sub-humans. Not these folks, they're great all the way around!

We had the pleasure of visiting your COS facility yesterday. We were were meeting pilot, Paul Qualls, who was transporting a very special dog from Raton, NM to Colorado Springs, CO as a volunteer with Pilots N Paws. Paul's transport, Callahan, was on his way to Freedom Service Dogs in Englewood, CO where he will learn to become a service dog. Freedom Service Dogs rescues dogs from shelters in the region and trains them to have a new job and

Exceptional service! Flew in last week in our Meridian and were greeted on the ramp by an extraordinarily helpful and friendly lineman. We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. Arrived as part of a 100-member fly in conference. The staff of Cutter excelled in taking care of every detail of our arrival, stay, and departure. What makes it different? I have been landing here for the past 5 years, and it could be just another FBO stop, but this difference to me is Jen and the line crew. Jen and the line crew are the best!

OUTSTANDING! Cutter COS handled every request I made for them under less than ideal circumstances. On arrival with 25G35 winds they led me straight to the overnight T-hangar for my Husky, rode me back to the terminal, had my hotel reservation made and had already called the hotel shuttle van. I've never been treated as well as I was this weekend at Cutter Aviation. Flew in on Sat., departed on Sun. They took good care of my plane (RV-6) and made me feel like a Gulfstream pilot. I came to Colorado Springs to assist with the Waldo Canyon fire. We were in a Cessna 337P to work as air attack on the fire. Cutter is a busy little FBO but they treat everyone like royalty, whether you're flying a spamcan, an experimental, a corporate twin or a VLJ. They had our rental car ready when we arrived, helped with unloading & tiedown, gave us restaurant recommendations that were spot on. When we left two days later, we arrived to find our plane fueled and ready and they gave us a plate of fresh homemade brownies to take with us! Very reasonable rates, too.

Excellent FBO at COS! Took a short trip to “the Springs” and really glad we chose Cutter for our FBO. The service there is outstanding, everyone from the line crew to the front desk were polite, courteous and very helpful. Even greeted by the manager, Mr. Martin, who heads this well-run ship. I always plan my cross countries to include a RON at COS if possible and I have found Cutter to be a first class operation. It was dark with low ceilings, wind and icing. The tower people were great, both in getting us on the ground, and in guiding us to Cutter. This is not an easy airport to navigate in the dark if you are not very familiar.
