Arrived mid week after 5pm with very gusty winds. FBO was closed, but Conner and James were working in the hangar and helped get us tied down and into the FBO to hit the restrooms. We departed Sunday at noon and finally met up with the staff to reconcile the bill. $10 a day to park, one day waived if you get more than 10 gallons of gas. Fair in my book. The City supposedly charges landing fees (which the FBO is against) so who knows if the City will ever hunt me down for the $7 to land there. Postage alone will kill them. Nice place to go for the pricey world of Long Island. One of the few remaining bastions of GA in metro area. FBO is located across the street from restaurant. Support these guys! They want to support us pilots!
