We had a charter drop-off and requested a quick turn with 140 gallons of Jet A. We charged it to our AvFuel account, and when we got the invoice, we were charged $.17 a gallon more than the retail price. This is reason to check the latest AvFuel pricing prior to using AvFuel.
The owner of the FBO gave us a call to explain the situation and offered to make it right. His effort to correct the matter with the personal phone call was first class."

We stayed one night and reserved hangar space for our C182. Go Rental is in their building and it's very convenient to drive onto the ramp for loading and unloading. The service was friendly and professional.

Picked up Angelflight passengers again at Santa Fe Jet on 6/6/24. This FBO is still the best - great friendly staff, excellent facilities, no hassle service and very welcoming to volunteer pilots. No better FBO at KSAF

Had been a long time since I had Angelflight passengers departing from Santa Fe. Found Santa Fe Jet to still be the best place to pick up passenger and the new FBO facility is first rate. The crew at Jet Center has always been friendly and accommodating and that has not changed. My passengers were greeted and well cared for by the staff. The Jet Center is easy in and easy out at Santa Fe.

Incredibly professional staff from the desk to the ramp. They give specialized treatment...Very considerate.. Had 7 passengers, two were small children, they loaded the aircraft in the hangar and passengers for pullout in between snow flurries for our clearance so no one was inconvenienced. We will look forward to return flight.

I just completed a long cross-country in my 182 (3907sm & 30.6hrs) visiting 13 FBOs. Most were good, a few not so much. But my experience at the Jet Center was GREAT! The line crew was prompt, helpful, and pleasant. I was greeted with smiling faces as I entered their new modern facility. I rented a car at the FBO for my 2-day layover. But courtesy cars are available if you just want to enjoy some Santa Fe green chili and be on your way. Troy and his staff do a great job welcoming all transient traffic (even us single engine flyers). I highly recommend stopping here.

Good experience with Jet Center. We were expecting to use Uber for the two days we were in Santa Fe, but ended up renting a car from rental company at the FBO. Line service was fine. Thanks!
