I have been here in the past and the FBO facility has become GREAT. I like smaller airports and with limited funds they have a great FBO building. I use T-Mobile cell service and in the past there was no signal. Now I had a signal and was able to file a flight plan. One note of caution, I lost cell service at the runway end furthers from the fuel tanks and would suggest calling for your void time prior to taxi. Great stop

This is a great stop. Kyle has the airport in nice shape since the hurricane with a nice clean FBO/Pilot lounge. Great fuel prices, crew car. What else do you need for a GA airport?

Have stopped at least three times for inexpensive fuel on long cross-country trips. A minimalist-operation, but with the new FBO building, one has a place to regenerate themselves. While we did not use it, there is a crew car available with a list of dining options in the area. Kyle, the airport manager, responded quickly to my texts and was more than willing to help should help be needed.

The FBO is closed but there is a good quality 24-hour SS fuel system. Two (2) porta potties are the only facility that I could find but that is okay for a cheap fuel stop. Onward.
