Great fuel stop ... Easy in, easy out! There is a single "self serve" 100LL fuel pump just to the west of the terminal. This is NOT a 24-hr pump, however and fuel is NOT available after the FBO closes. Still, the friendly folks were eager enough to stay a little late as I arrived just minutes before quitting time.

Stopped for the good fuel price at Monroe City today and really enjoyed the friendly, helpful service we received. The airport office/lounge is definitely 'small town', but with comfy couches, honor system for the $.50 sodas and snacks in the fridge, clean restroom, pillows and blankets if you get caught by weather and need an impromptu stop enroute, it's hard to beat.

Stopped here on 5/25/07 and again on 5/27/07 on trip to the Indy 500. Called ahead to make sure someone is available and lady stayed late on Friday to help us. Great service, very nice airport and now has computer for WX updates and best fuel prices anywhere at $2.68/gallon.
