Came in on 05/06 around 1800 CDT, called ahead from a previous fuel stop and they got my wife and me a hotel room. Before we arrived some thunderstorms were in the area and was met at the ramp by a tug, which then towed me into a hangar, as possible hail was associated with the storm. We didn't even get out of the plane until we were in the hangar. Their courtesy car was brought over and after getting our bags they drove us to our hotel. The plane was on the ramp and field the next morning. This service was over and above and was greatly appreciated. We will be back! Also a shout-out to the controllers at Abilene Approach!

An unscheduled stop and stay, due to weather in Nov 2022. I grabbed a rental at the airport terminal (a very short walk) and drove home. My Bonanza stayed for 5 nights. During my absence, a storm came through and they put it in the hangar for protection. The entire staff was friendly, and the facilities were excellent! Highly recommended. Even though I did not purchase any fuel, there was no charge. Wow. I will make this a scheduled fuel stop from now on.
