Unicom answered promptly with winds. Met me at at the plane and fueled me quickly. High speed internet inside on their PC. But not much else for services, and not especially friendly. Average fuel prices. In contrast to the other commenter, I don't think asking you to buy 25 gal. Fuel to use a courtesy car is too much to ask.

Courtesy? I called today wanting to make a possible quick 2 hr trip to the Lake of Ozarks for a conference. MVFR and possible rain did not stop me but the possible lack of an available courtesy car did. FOB answer was IF you buy 25 gallons of fuel or if you pay $10/hr + $5/hr additional there after then maybe we will have our one car available. No thanks LC FINE, KAIZ. I'll just use you for practice DME arcs, if I ever get an ADF, and if I must land I will buy no fuel. I have had very positive experiences at all other airports with courtesy cars excluding LC Fine. I hope other airports will keep the courtesy tradition alive.

Nice airport in the middle of a State Park near scenic Lake of the Ozarks. Unicom promptly answered with good information. Lineman drove out and directed me to parking, and helped me tie down, which is a pleasant surprise for this size of an airport. They have reasonable overnight tiedown fees, and offered to waive part of that if I bought fuel. Only needed 7 gallons, so didn't expect much of a break. FBO closed at 6:00 the evening I came in, but they stayed while I was waiting for a shuttle from Lodge of the 4 Seasons Resort nearby. Pretty area surrounding the airport...watch for deer on and in vicinity of the airport, especially in the evening hours. Winds can get gusty and unpredictable at times. Fuel prices not cheap, but reasonable. Highly recommend both the airport and the resort.

Tied down there Sep 24-27. Very friendly, and even though I stayed 3 nights, she only charged for 1 night tiedown. I'll return here again!!
