The facility is very nice, the line crew was great and very attentive. Just a singe engine, BUT sill had car pulled around and AC blowing. I took just under the minimum fuel to avoid ramp fee, but they said it was close enough. Much appreciated! Its the small things ... The big win: Last minute trip and a day before I realized I needed a rental and there was little/none to be found in Austin. Magic from Atlantic was awesome! She took my info, and specific (complicating) needs to move a few pallets. 20 minutes later she called me back with a solution. As promised she had the right vehicle waiting, used my Hertz discount codes and delivered when no other FBO or provider could. Met her in person upon arrival and she remembered, checked to ensure it all worked out and was AWESOME. Huge kudos and appreciation for going the extra mile for a little single-engine, 13 gallon AVGAS customer.

This is a follow up to my previous post. Atlantic Aviation General Manager followed up with me and explained about a communication breakdown which made perfect sense. I very much appreciate his response and willingness to resolve the misunderstanding. It speaks volumes for him and his organization that he tackled this head on. Thank You.

I flew into AUS on an Angel flight to pick up a stage IV cancer patient to transport to Houston MD Anderson. I was literally at their facility for less than 15 minutes. I called the day prior to make sure it was ok. Whoever I spoke with even said they would even give me a discount on fuel which was very kind. Because I was in a hurry to get to Houston I did not take on fuel. So tonight I get a call saying they are charging me a $40 ramp fee for this Angel Flight. My Plane is just a single engine Saratoga not a jet!!! Unbelievable
