Excellent service and customer service, particularly at the front desk. The lady at the front made my stay very easy and convenient.

I had an opportunity to fly 2 A-10s into AUS. I've been to AUS before in my Mooney, and I've always gone to and been very pleased with Atlantic. (Atlantic does not have government fuel.) When I called Signature, I asked about fees and was told me that it would be $30 / day per jet. I then told her that my command does not allow fees, and if that she didn't waive it, I would have to go to a different airport. (I thought this reasonable as we were to buy ~20, 000lbs of gas.) I was forwarded to the manager's voice mail. After he did not respond, I called back the next day. Again I was put on hold and then told in labored voice that "We have a parking fee, and we will waive it only this time. We will not do this again." In addition, I didn't find anything other than average service anywhere in the operation while there. I will obviously never be using Austin again for my military operations and will continue to use Atlantic for my civilian flying.

Stopped at Signature KAUS for a 5-night stay. Very nice woman made car arrangements and hangar reservation in advance. Same woman met us at the plane when we landed. She even helped load the bags into the rental car. Top-notch service. Fuel was a little pricey, but service was exceptional -- always a priority to my family.

We have always been pleased with the service at AUS. Stopped at Signature Flight Support and was shocked to find that Marsha is no longer working line service. She is without exception the BEST Consistent line service person in AUS, possibly the US. What a waste of talent and ability to have her parked behind the counter. We frequent AUS several times per week and Marsha always has everything ready planeside. Yesterday I had average service and had to shuttle back and forth from the aircraft to the terminal to get everything ready. Marsha always has everything ready when we arrive! David L. I arrived at Signature on March 22, 2009 in need of a quick turn. While the line personnel were both courteous and quick to respond, I think Signature's policy of charging a $200 ramp fee for a King Air when purchasing fuel is beyond ridiculous.

I arrived IFR in my A36 on a cold, rainy, and windy night. Staff was courteous and went beyond expectations to assist with unloading and transport to the pax terminal for a rental car. Their hot chocolate hit the spot.

Be aware...Arrived in a Baron to find out there is a $65.00 ramp fee unless 30 gallons of fuel purchased! Plus a $23.00 overnight charge on top! Fuel cost was twice the purchase price as home base airport. Very long ride to the Terminal to pick up rental. Will pass on flying into AUS again!

Attractive facility. Visited 10/16/08 for 3 nights. 100LL $5.50/gal. Plus parking $16.80/night. The bill also shows a "handling charge" of $28 that was waived. I appreciated the ride over to the passenger terminal where I had a rental car reserved. There is another FBO next door. I was able to return my Enterprise rental car at Atlantic and walk back to Signature's ramp.

Stopped for an overnight visit on May 23rd and was extremely disappointed with the service provided. Had asked about hotel and dinner recommendations since this was my first visit to Austin and was told NOTHING. No help, was given a list of hotels/phone numbers and had to call by myself. All FBO's I have overnighted at made all the reservations for me and always provided good local knowledge for places to eat and things to do or see. Nice facilities are great--but I would prefer a shack with staff that understands good customer service.
