We stopped enroute to Oshkosh from California. Jim was great. We topped off, and he set us up with a courtesy car to get to the hotel. Definitely a place stop for fuel and good people.

I flew in today for a flight breakfast. What a really nice facility. The runways are in good shape and everyone was really friendly. The FBO building is very nice as well. Defiantly worth the stop.

Very friendly. Airport manager pumped my fuel at self serve pump while my family used the facilities. Highly recommended.

Wonderful. I called ahead to check about a courtesy car. I didn't really expect a return call, as it was long distance, but I found voice mail a day later. I really appreciate that he took time to call a stranger back. And by the way, the facilities are beautiful. I would have loved to have had some kind of reason to hang around longer. I definitely look forward to a return trip, and as I have relatives in the area, I'm sure I can find time to base some "first flights" for my nieces and nephews out of KAXA. I'll recommend the place to my hangar buddies. You knowk, all pilots like to hear about such welcoming venues. Feel confident about adding this one to your "someday soon" list.
