Ended up at KAZO and Duncan due to an in flight medical emergency. Duncan Aviation was of great help. They gave me their car without hesitation to follow an ambulance to Bronson Hospital. Later in the day after it became clear we were going to be staying for awhile, they took care of the plane and cheerfully arranged hotel + car for me. Even though I'd just left Flint and really couldn't take on significant fuel to justify ordering any, I am really greatful for and impressed with the service and hospitality. BTW, my family member will be fine. Diabetic shock of a pax at 6000 feet was a nightmare, but I also commend Kalamazoo Approach Control and Tower for their services. Their response and assistance made it possible for me to practice the mantra "fly the plane", despite a cockpit of chaos with my medical pax in the front right seat of my C182.

We stopped at Kalamazoo on our way from Oshkosh (due to weather) and enjoyed our stay at Duncan Aviation. Very friendly folks...Gave us the crew car for breakfast and rolled out the red carpet. The air traffic controller was especially friendly and accommodating. Thank you all!!

Flew into Kalamzoo for a reunion. Duncan Aviation lined up a rental car for me and had it waiting for me. Very nice folks and very helpful. Even printed out directions for me! Thanks.

Flew into KAZO for a weekend wedding. Did not require fuel, but Duncan Aviation let me park my C172 for the weekend at no cost. Katie at front desk was great (you are too cute to keep smoking!) and linesmen attended to every need. Drove me to my rental car and kept the car on return with promise to have car picked up. Fuel prices high, but worth it considering superior customer treatment & service. Would use them again without hesitation.

Wow! Flew into KAZO with my lowly Cessna 150 for a one-week stay at WMU. Duncan (literally) rolled out the red carpet, treating me as if I was Charles Lindbergh himself! In addition to fast, friendly service with fuel, tie down, and luggage handling, they even rolled my little Cessna into the hangar without my even asking on several nights when thunderstorms threatened. Did I hear some cheapskate grumbling about the fuel prices? You've got to be kidding me! You'll not find service or a facility like this anywhere---do you think that should be free? I can't say enough about these truly wonderful folks at Duncan!

Flew in unannounced to drop my daughter off at Western Michigan University. I was met on the ramp while taxing and wheels were immediately chocked. Used the courtesy car to get to the University. Quick and efficient. Will stop again.

Good service (4 line guys to service a 182?). Fuel prices to match however. To be fair, we were told (by the line guys) that the self-serve pumps were on the other side of the field. However, we needed to use flight service, etc. And there is ONLY fuel on the other side.

Great facility and great people. Always friendly and welcoming to passengers and me. I only wish the fuel prices were more competitive.
