When the winds at a nearby airport where I was to pick up a Lifeline passenger became too strong for me to safely land there, I contacted Marvin, the CSR at Duncan. He graciously promised to keep the courtesy car available to me so I could land, drive to get the passenger and get her to Mayo. Great customer service and much appreciated.
