Great people will do all they can to help you out here. We arrived after hours on a holiday, and they still found a way to get me transportation into town.

August 15/16 2009. Spent the night with some friends. Excellent service. The 99's race was in town so they were temporarily out of tie downs. They put me in front of the FBO and later moved me when the racers all left. Good fuel service. Very friendly staff. Nice office.

We use Professional Air frequently and have found them excellent. They offer free Wi-Fi. It is very high speed, which makes it a good place to update flight databases. They also have a pilot special at the Brasada Inn that is a super place to stay, but is outside of town by about 10 miles. Service center has worked on our Skylane. Excellent work.

Inbound for BDN on Aug. 3 with my wife, I lost intercom & TX over RDM. Landing at BDN, I went directly to Professional Air where they treated me quite courteously & professionally & gave us bottles of cold water. Their maintenance staff quickly zeroed in on the PTT switch or mic wiring but then referred me to the avionics shop on the field, Leading Edge Aviation. I was pleased that they knew & readily admitted their limits. Leading Edge found a compound problem, a short in the mic jack wiring and an intermittent problem with my headset mic. This malfunction was a repeat of one a few weeks ago, where I paid another shop over $400 to check out but not find the problem because they had prematurely zeroed in on the No 1 radio. I highly recommend Professional & Leading Edge. We spend an unplanned overnight in Bend, but no problem, we're retired and on no fixed schedule!

July 23-26 PC-12 trip to Bend for Cycling Classic. Excellent service at this courteous and caring FBO. All personnel exhibited high degree of "customer service" upon arrival and departure. I started using this airport in May 1998 and there have been many great changes over the years.

We stopped overnight at Bend on the way to visit family in Portland and were treated to some of the best FBO service we have ever received...Especially with only a ten gallon fuel purchase because of weight and balance restrictions! Tara arranged for a delightful room at one of the local hotels on the river that provided shuttle transportation, Gabe made us feel most welcome, and the operation truly is "Professional." I highly recommend Professional Air not just as a fuel stop, but if you have time, it was an excellent town for a quick vacation with great food and scenery, plus shopping for my wife in the Mill District! Thank you again for making us feel most welcome.

I flew into Bend with my kids and was offered the crew car for the afternoon to visit the High Desert Museum. The staff is incredibly courteous and helpful - the best I've experienced in the region.

Fantastic FBO with a professional and courteous staff! Line service was waiting to park us upon arrival and helped load bags into our rental cars (which were waiting on the tarmac). Our departure was scheduled for after the FBO closed but they offered to let us stay and "lock the door behind us." Everyone was very friendly and had everything taken care of for us prior to arrival. Great job guys!

First time into Bend, nice airport and FBO, however was disappointed with the line crew. After taxiing into the ramp area in front of the FBO it took multiple calls to get a response from Professional Air regarding overnight parking. No line crew to help with parking, tie down, or to unload. I could understand this if they were busy but the quick turn around ramp was empty. As we walked to the FBO I noticed the line crew (3) shooting the breeze. The gal at the front desk was courtesy, helpful and had our rental car paperwork ready. The line crew missed the mark on this one.

Pro-Air's facility is really nice and their staff are helpful and courteous. I fly in about 1x per month, and sometimes borrow a car, which is almost always available. They are also an FBO that gives a nice break on self-serve gas, which is significantly cheaper that the truck, and actually motivates a person to pump their own. I'd highly recommend this FBO for anyone from ultralights to jets.

The people at the aptly-named Professional Air FBO were GREAT! I needed a couple of charts, and when one (IFR Area Chart) wasn't available, one of the pilots photocopied a piece of his chart for me. The self-serve fuel pump was not generating receipts, so someone wrote me one inside. I also had a window latch depart the aircraft sometime on my landing roll. Cherie gave me a ride down the taxiway on the tug and also radioed to a helicopter to check the runway. The heli folks found it, the shop manager reinstalled it. Cherie and everyone at Professional Air: THANK YOU and GREAT work! I'm a very happy customer. I'll be back.

Professional is a great FBO. First rate facility and friendly folks. Restaurant is second floor of their building and is very nice. We wanted to take a tour of the Columbia/Cessna facility on the other side of the field and they were happy to drive us over and back.

I went to Professional Air this weekend for the first time, in a Citation. The facility is great - hangars available, nice pilot lounge and passenger waiting area. The line service is well trained and can do lav services and de-icing as well as all the normal services. To top it off, the people running the place are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the best FBO in the region - I've been to them all.

Nice people, solid service. They didn't have a crew car, so they gave me a 4-hour rate on a rental car. Very nice, well-equipped facility.

August 17, 2007. 1965 Cherokee 180C. Spent one night. Bought a little self serve fuel. No fees. They had the Northern California approach plates I left at home. Someone pointed to the transient parking, which was fine near the fuel even.

Very good service and a nice facility for pilots. Reasonably priced Jet A. For food, take a crew car as the upstairs Restaurant features "Healthy" food. It wasn't to my liking.

This is one of the nicest FBOs I have the pleasure of visiting. I flew the company's Caravan in and was met on the ramp with the rental car. Great friendly service. Good restaurant on premises and good pilot lounge. They really live up to their name, "Professional Air".
