Had to move our operation to Boeing Field for two weeks in the busiest time of the year. Boby, line manager moved mountains for us to help our 9 airplane operation. Everyone from the front desk, to the flight line employees to the management welcomed us. Thank you Aeroflight.

An excellent experience with Aeroflight! Pulled up in a Seneca V and was treated professionally and courteously. The rental car was standing by...Right next to where the lineman had us park the aircraft. No hassle check-in, no-hassle fuel order, and straightforward, honest pricing. When it was time to depart, they re-positioned the aircraft so it was facing the correct way (and easier to depart the ramp). Controllers were accommodating to a first-timer at KBFI, both on the ground and in-the-air. We'll be back next time we're in Seattle!

I can't say I was too impressed. I had called ahead to let them know we were coming. When pulling onto their ramp, no linemen were to be found and there was no answer on 121.95. We parked our plane (a 172) in an empty spot and after we got her tied down, a line guy showed up to tell us we couldn't park in that spot. We moved the plane to another spot, which he said would be ok. I assume that wasn't the case because the plane had been moved by the time we returned two days later. Also, we had asked for the plane to be fueled when we arrived but it had not been done when we were ready to depart. Their operation is not what I would expect at a busy field like Boeing.

It is our understanding that your plane arrived later than your pre-scheduled time. Had you communicated with us via our AIRINC frequency we would have had a Line Service person outside to assist you. Immediately after learning about your non-completed fuel request for 7 gallons of 100LL per side, which may have been a miscommunication on our part, our CSR granted .23¢ off our posted retail price and comp'd your two day tie-down in an effort to make up for your troubles. The white portion of your AeroFlight receipt will reflect this. Again, we're sorry you were disappointed in our service. We strive to make sure our customers are happy and we hope to serve you again on your next trip to Seattle! Sincerely, AeroFlight Management

I called AEROFLIGHT on Sunday morning August 23rd 2009 and spoke with a very cheerful helpful young lady, Shelia. I was going to need some fuel and a rental car. When I arrived later in the afternoon my car was ready, contract was ready and I was in and out in no time at all. When I returned the car on Thursday morning I was just as pleased with the service. This is a great place with great people and great service.

Pulled up to AeroFlight in my single engine piston and was meet by 2 linemen who directed me to parking directly in front of the hangar. They pulled my rental car up to the plane and loaded my luggage in. I had called in advance, so the car rental agreement was completed and I was on my way 5 minutes after landing. When I returned, they had pulled my plane back up to the door and topped the tanks as requested. Service doesn't get any better than this!

Parked with Aero Flight overnight on 8/21/09 and received top-notch service. One call to Jenny confirmed a rental car would be ready and waiting with just a few hours notice. Red carpet was eagerly extended and the crew treated our Mooney and us like long time friends. Highly recommended!

Stayed at AeroFlight for a couple of days this weekend and was extremely pleased about the level of service we received... Even for us "little guys" (C210). They had our plane brought up, fueled and ready to go when we arrived. I will be back!

Could not have picked a better FBO. The staff was terrific. Tug towed me from Customs to parking and helped jump start my 182 the next morning (no charge). Fuel price was the best and they had a rental car ready in 15 minutes with no prior notice. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Arrived at AeroFlight to find my rental car waiting on the ramp. The line person marshaled me and then moved my car even closer to the airplane, and everyone there went out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. When I got ready to leave, they had me fueled (including offering a discount without my asking) and ready to go. This is what an FBO is supposed to be like, and what many of AeroFlight's competitors have forgotten.

I was on an instrument training flight when the weather came in faster then forecasted. We couldn't get into our non-approach airport so we stopped in at Aeroflight to wait it out. They were so accommodating they offered to let us use the car over night! We ended up hanging out in the lounge, comfortably stocked with food and beverages, and waited there for about 5 hours before the weather improved. They were so supportive in helping us out! It's by far the best FBO I've been to.

Must echo everyone else's comments! "Wow" is an understatement. BFI has a lot of big engines and big money, and although Clay Lacy and Galvin have always been nice to me there is something about Aeroflight that makes you think you're home and the coffee is always on. Relaxed, nothing phony about these folks, outstanding service.

We needed to park for 4 hours while we went to the Museum of Flight. We were met on the ramp with a Cadillac crew car. All this for no charge, and we are flying RV6 and RV7, wow. The best FBO around. Thanks to AeroFlight and I will be back.

Wow is this place a breath of fresh air!!! Came in with a Citation Excel and a plane load of people and were treated with hospitality and service we have not seen in a long time. When the boss tells you they are impressed..You know the service is great. We were met on the ramp by Bob, the line manager, who went out of his way to provide not only are pax great service, but the pilots too. A great price on fuel went from a sale of 500 gals. To a top off of 800. A crew car was offered (a Cadillac no less) and we were on our way. This kind of service is hard to find, but boy did we find it. We will always stop here and will tell everyone about it. Our home base has a 135 operation and they too will know that this is a must stop. Thanks to all!!!!

I only needed to park for about an hour while I picked up relatives at SEA TAC. I didn't need gas and they still provided me with parking at no charge plus let me use their crew car to pick up my relatives. AAAAAA+ You can believe that the next time I fly into BFI, or need fuel in the area it will be AeroFlight that gets my business. They were the most courteous FBO I've dealt with in years. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. I will see you again.

We have been coming to BFI regularly for almost four years. Aeroflight has consistently maintained superior service and the lowest fuel price on the field. We are not even tempted to change to another FBO. Next trip into BFI try them and you'll feel the same as I do. They will help with rental cars, hotels or what ever you need.

Our first ever visit to KBFI and thanks to Shaela and Jeff at Aeroflight Svcs., definitely not our last!! To say that our entire experience staying with them was above and beyond anything I'd ever expect from an FBO (from the red carpet to the fresh chocolate chip cookies!) would be an understatement! Shaela and her team exceeded our every expectation and will make going anywhere else potentially disappointing. Great job guys - keep it up and we'll hopefully see you again soon. Capt.
