Been to BGR multiple times and the folks in the FBO just are so professional and always very helpful. I would pick this airport any time. Besides they work 24x7 so you never have to worry about what happens late at night they are always there same with customs. Just a top notch facility all around.

Our main EFIS screen went blank shortly after departure on Sunday from Bar Harbor. We diverted to KBGR. The assistance was terrific. They directed us to parking near the avionics shop. We used their computers to look for solutions on-line. They loaned us the van to get a bite of lunch. When we decided to stay overnight, they arranged for a hotel room and took us to the terminal building. Our entire experience at KBGR was very satisfying thanks to the crew at the desk. Thank you!

Was forced to fly into Bangor in lieu-of Bar Harbor due to sever fog and low ceiling that were below minimums. Service at this FBO was excellent. They even gave us a ride across the ramp to a side door to the rental car area. I did feel like the rental car agency clipped us at $80 dollars a day vice the $35 dollar a day rate from Bar Harbor, but if you can't get in there what are you gonna do. Stayed at a B&B four 4 nights. First two days the weather was crappy in the park. The last two days, Acadia NP was outstanding. Left at 5AM and got excellent service from BGR and was able to leave the rental car there. All in all great place to fly into.

Picked up little girl in wheelchair and mom for flight to Shriner's Hospital in Springfield Mass. Friendly and support team, prompt service, and nice facilities. All of us at Patient Airlift Service appreciate the great support that we get from the team there. Thank you.

As usual great facility and efficient service. Hope the state of ME really appreciates the tremendous asset this airport is!

Returning from Canada, just a fuel/CBB stop. Fueling was quick and efficient, people friendly, and their facility useful and comfortable for a short rest. I'll concur the CBB officer was thorough but brief, cordial, polite, and didn't treat me like a criminal, like the guys in Bellingham WA or Brown Field/San Diego CA.

Fantastic service all around! From shut down to leaving the parking lot I was well taken care of. The manager even called to say we had left a bag of dog food ramp side. (Which they stored for us) Great fuel price, reasonable overnights and 10/10 service. I highly recommend this FBO.

Returning from Canada in my Mooney, I was forced to divert to Bangor due to weather. I found the airport to be very attractive, not too busy and in excellent condition. The GA terminal is apparently operated by the city but is very well equipped and staffed by knowledgeable and efficient people. There is an excellent parking area with new tie-down ropes some distance from the GA terminal. My only compliant was that no assistance was offered to get from the airplane to the terminal, which was quite a walk in a 20 kt winds and light rain. The person behind the desk apologized however and the next day provided transportation back to the airplane. There is an excellent hotel close by with good rates and a good restaurant just across the parking lot. I might also add that the US customs officer that cleared my aircraft was the most courteous government official I have seen in a long time. I would highly recommend KBGR as an AOE.

Excellent prompt service by the entire team parking, fueling and FBO admin. Great new team. I faxed in advance requesting fast turn and fuel truck was right there. The entire team has also done well working with our special passengers at Patient Airlift Services. Note the ramp setup sometimes requires that there will a good walk from parking to the FBO. Again thanks to everyone.
