We stopped in yesterday morning for a quick turn. The fuel truck met us as we taxied in, and by the time I walked out of the restroom, the front desk had the invoice ready and we were on our way. These folks did a great job, and I never mind paying a few extra cents for fuel when the service deserves it.

Not enough SPAM in your INBOX? The Denver Air Center can help. They helped me on April 17th by sending me unsolicited commercial email advertising their services. Please do not do business with these spammers.

We stopped in the weekend of March 1st to go skiing and had a great experience. The plane was put in a hangar one night as instructed, topped as requested, rental car was brought up when we landed. Everyone there was very attentive and did a great job.

Denver Air is a very nice facility. Linda at the front desk was very helpful getting us a car and hotel. Clean and friendly facility, great staff.

For a Citation V, ramp fee $200 and hangar $340/night for 2 nights. CSR told crew one night waived with fuel. Topped and got no credit for hangar - only waived the recently instituted ramp fee. No apologies from management. No return to DAC for us.

Asked for fuel, was told it would be "a few minutes." Turned out to be 48 minutes, after two additional calls. Went to see front desk person, whose "apology" was: "I never do this". OK. If you're looking for 100LL and normal delays or heads up on delays, my suggestion is to look elsewhere.

Tried Denver Air again at the request of our passengers, was pleasantly surprised. Quick turn for our King Air on a cold night, CSR girl was very pleasant, line crew hooked up a GPU to keep the cabin warm. Much improved over last year.

Coming in from a bumpy 4-hour flight, I diverted to Jeffco due to weather and chose Denver Air. They parked me about a mile from the FBO and left me to walk with my luggage in rain and wind. Their line guys (3 of them) saw me struggling and didn't bother to lend a hand. The front desk lady was sarcastic when I told her about it. Thought it might be a fluke so went back another time to refill my O2 tank. They over charged and couldn't figure out what to do with SkyOx tank. It was like watching a circus of angry monkeys. The front counter staff is not friendly. If you're not a jet, I'll bet Denver Air will rub you the wrong way too. Would strongly advise anyone to go to Stevens instead. O2 / fuel is less expensive and the atmosphere and staff are much more friendly.

I am sad to report that this airport is not safe and not GA friendly. I have been coming here every 6-8 weeks for 5 years. Last week I found that while my plane was on the ramp it was broken into and $5000 worth of radios and headsets was stolen. All of this under the eye of the FBO and the tower. There is no security and no one cares. Calls I have made to the airport authorities have not been answered. My aviation insurer told me that there have been many thefts at BJC and they have done nothing to secure the airport. I believe it was an inside job from either an employee or aircraft owner. I would not advise parking your airplane here.

Very good staff and friendly to GA. Weekend fuel special is still $3.50/gal.

Good experiences on 3-day weekend stay September 2-4. Wet, low IFR on a busy CU game day. Linemen promptly directed our Cirrus to a relatively sheltered area, immediately brought our Hertz rental to planeside and assisted in unloading luggage and covering plane. They then made sure our fuel order was placed to take advantage of weekend discount. All in all a good experience. We'll be repeat customers.

Flew in for a 4 night stay. Although the staff was friendly enough, charging $20/night to tiedown a Skyhawk, outside, is BEYOND ridiculous! Will never do that again.

Used Denver Air before going into EGE and again coming out of Eagle-Vail. All new CSR's, and not nearly as friendly or attentive as they used to be. Even refused to give me the Avtrip points for my 192 gallons. Will use Stevens next time.

We stopped in to Denver Air for a VERY brief layover. While we didn't require any of their services except for a place to park for an hour, they were quite accomodating of our brief visit. No complaints!

When flying a Bonanza I generally avoid the FBO's catering to bizjet traffic. Had little choice this time due to passenger requirements. Shouldn't have worried. Denver Air parked us a ways from the front door, but supplied a golf cart to get us back and forth, and several times helped transport our passengers to and from a customer (of ours) hangar a quarter-mile away from the FBO. They helped us with hotel reservations (got us a discount we weren't expecting) and helped us navigate the extensive construction projects going on at BJC. All in all a good FBO experience.

We landed at Jeffco on Friday, October 21, and taxied up to Denver air. Our rental car was delivered to the aircraft before we shut the engines down. The line man informed us of the weekend fuel discount and recommended we put the fuel order in for then. Excellent service (and good cookies!) I would highly recommend Denver Air and will use them for my next trip into Jeffco.

Very nice facility and VERY busy. They somehow lost my paperwork so I wasn't fueled when ready to depart. They did make a great effort to expedite but I wasn't sure about the line's communication to the desk that my 414 had indeed been fueled since they were in such a hurry to make up for the lost paperwork. I asked the line guy just to make sure and his response was, "yeah, they PROBABLY did." I said, "Look, it's kinda like a life threatening situation to know if the plane has probably been refueled or has been for sure." He said, "Do you want me to check?" I told him I thought that might be a good idea. Some people just don't get it.
