Seemed like the premiere FBO on the field so I decided to come here. Radioed ahead and received a warm welcome and told me they were expecting me. Got marshaled into parking and shut down. The line guy came up to my window and asked if my plane took Jet A or Avgas. I told him Avgas. He proceeded to tell me that piston planes are not allowed on their ramp and pointed across the runways to another FBO and told me to proceed immediately. I told him I called ahead and was expected. He said, "Doesn’t matter" and made a slashing sign across his throat. I may be in a piston plane today, but I won't tomorrow. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any aviation professional in my life. Could not recommend less. I'm sure jets get a better experience but to me that is not acceptable.
There were 2 line guys when I showed up. One chocked us, the other asked if we needed anything. I said we're all good. We went in after securing the airplane and gave a $10 tip. He gave me a weird look and a couple minutes later I overheard him complaining about it. I guess I shouldn't have given him anything. $10 for 5 seconds of work isn't too bad. I'll never go back
