We arrived in our 172 and were welcomed by Max the Terrier and a helpful staff. Fuel order was taken care of as expected and they waived a night's parking fee with the fuel purchase. Thanks Northgate!

These Guys went above and beyond customer service, I was stuck there, needed a rental car, they helped me out all the way.. Not just walking one extra mile but 50 extra miles. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!

These guys are first class. Flew in to take our daughter to dinner who is at CSU. I did not need fuel. As we were loading up, line guy came out with cold water (it was over 100F), and loaned me his golf cart so I could get a ladder to check my fuel. Super friendly FBO in the spirit of the old west.

Northgate Aviation is not just an FBO, it's a TEAM of individuals who provide the best services to General and Corporate aviation that I have yet seen. As a student pilot, it has been my privilege to be included as a team member throughout my training. The quality and expertise of their CFI and CFII instructors are excellent. These folks get a great big Thank You for wonderful service. After eating smoke (most of NorCal is on fire) for two hours I diverted to CIC when conditions at Redding were just too bad. I didn't expect to find much help on a Saturday evening, but I not only received fuel quickly, Chris (one of the owners) found me a hotel room. The next morning, bright and early, Chris was there to help again when my plane wouldn't start. In a matter of minutes, he had someone give me a jump and I was on my way. What could have been a very frustrating experience, turned into a minor annoyance because of service that went above and beyond.

What is going on here in Chico? What's with the cones in front of what used to be a friendly FBO in past years? We had to park our Baron quite a distance from the FBO office building to save room for jets (there weren't any), and it seemed almost like they didn't want us to go into the main FBO building. Whatever is going on here, it certainly is a change for the worse, compared to about a year ago.

My experience with Northgate has been very good. As a flight instructor in the area I frequently send students there for books and supplies. They do an excellent job keeping the things in stock that people really need. When I need fuel I get it promptly and with excellent service. The fuel personnel are always professional and courteous.

Excellent service here. Needed my brakes bled and fuel. Only took about 15 minutes and I was ready to launch. Probably the best experience I've ever had at an FBO.

Made a fuel stop here based on all the comments. Unfortunately all the friendly staff seemed to be on a day off, and the girl at the desk seemed annoyed with my presence as she trudged off to the fuel truck. Nonetheless the rates were ok and the facility is nicely equipped and has a great pilot room with computer & Internet etc. Easy in & out.

My wife and I were extremely pleased and impressed with Northgate Aviation in Chico. Their facility is modern and clean and complete flight planning, including Internet access, is available. This is a family owned business staffed by family members and every person to whom we talked was most pleasant and helpful. Northgate Aviation made our journey to Chico a most pleasant one and we highly recommend them.
