I landed at CNO on 22 Feb and departed 2 days later. Encore has best service, courteous staff, and good fuel prices -- they take the hassle out of fueling, rental cars, etc. When flying to this part of Southern California I have been using ONT -- No more as Encore is much better.

Just had two-day layover at Encore Jet Center. Purchased 400+ gallons of Jet A. Sorry no Champagne, or adjustment. Crew car, sorry FLX pilots have it. (Both days) We will come and pick you up. Sorry, short handed. Took taxi. All common areas totally filthy, both days. Parked aircraft where passengers had to walk through water puddle into aircraft. Aircraft owner directed us to never come back to this place.

Encore strives to provide 1st rate service. Our staff was disappointed to hear that Mr. Goodner was unhappy with his visit. We have been unable to reach him or the aircraft owner directly; therefore, we must make our apologies & explanations at large. We regret any mix-up regarding the Champagne. This promotion ended some time ago. We do offer a crew car on a first come first serve basis; regrettable, we had already let the car go out. Encore happily provides transportation such as a rental, cab or pickup & drop off by staff, time & workload permitting. We regret Mr. Goodner felt Encore was "filthy." Unfortunately, at the time he visited us there was a great deal of run off on the ramp. The airport is aware of this problem & has assured us of its plan to remedy the situation. In the interim, we do endeavor to keep our facility clean & we always place mats at the aircraft door. We appreciate opportunities to improve our service through viable & direct customer feed back.

I have been going into KCNO airport for the last two years, and I am greatly surprised for the wonderful service we experienced at the ENCORE Jet Center. I have been an airline pilot most of my life and have always flown private aircraft as well. The service we received at ENCORE Jet Center reminded me of days gone by. They washed the windshield, serviced the aircraft with fuel and oil being ever so careful so as not to scratch surfaces, etc. They offered us coffee, bottled water, and delicious cookies. Our experience at ENCORE Jet Center reminded me of the services we received in the 70's and 80's. The facilities are wonderful and they really make you feel at home.

Wow!! Encore Jet Center is the greatest FBO I have ever been to, they have the most helpful and kindest staff. They also have a great mechanic and he is also very helpful and kind. I will never go to any other FBO on the Chino airport.

My husband and I flew into KCNO in our Bonanza on 6/13/08 to attend the LA Roadster show, and chose Encore because of the incentives that were listed in their AirNav advertisement. We were not disappointed. All the employees we encountered were professional and very helpful. With all those jets surrounding us, it was nice to feel that we were important, too! I'd recommend Encore to anyone and we'll certainly go there again next time we fly in to Chino.

Our first time into CNO 12/7/07 we used Encore. Wendy was great and even let us use her Suburban because the crew car was already out. On 5/2/08 through 5/4/08 we again used Encore. The service and fuel prices were fantastic. Wendy once again was awesome. We have several more trips scheduled for the LA area and I can guarantee that we will use Encore Jet Center! Most FBOs talk about service, Encore provides it!

We have an old Jet Commander based with Encore and I can't say that I've ever been disappointed with Encore. Extremely helpful, accommodating, and overall a great experience. Now with SilverState helis being gone, flight training isn't much of a concern anymore coming in or getting out. Thanks to Wendy, Walter, and Jessica for everything they do for us!

Great people and Walter, Manager, took care of me during recent onset of storms. I am based out of AJO, but due to impending weather, I wasn't sure if the airport would not be flooded and I was going to be out of town. He found me a spot in the hangar at a reasonable price and one free night with 25 gallons of fuel. It was short notice..Thanks.

We stopped at Encore for a weekend last month in our Malibu and had some of the best treatment that we have ever experienced at an FBO. Everyone was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. They brought the car to the airplane and helped us load it up. The prices were excellent and we will most definitely return

WOW!!! What professional service! After calling another FBO in area and not getting help to conflicts of arriving after business hrs, Jessica was very helpful. Car was running and she even helped with the kids as we unloaded. On leaving, we had water in fuel and the line guys were VERY helpful in pulling plane in the hangar and sumping enough fuel to ensure a successful flight home. Staff was incredible and facility was AWESOME! We will be back next flight to So Cal. Thanks so much!!! (Kids love the hats!)

As a fractional jet pilot I get to ALOT of FBO's around the country. The service at Encore is among the best. From getting marshaled in, to the ride to the hotel Encore met and exceeded all our needs. They even offered to make us sandwiches for the next day's flight. Jessica and Holly were all over it as well as the lineman. What a treat to receive such great service. Thanks Encore, you ROCK.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FBO! I took my first flight into So. Cal. as a private pilot and the folks at Encore made the trip an unforgettable (and less stressful) experience! It was great to see my Piper Warrior in the hangar with the 'big boys'. The staff at Encore made me feel like a Queen! Thank you guys, it was awesome!

As an aerial photographer, I travel to airports all over the USA. The staff here at Encore Jet Center has proven to be friendlier, more professional, and more helpful than the staff at any other 3 FBO's combined! We were here for 3 weeks and the support never slacked off one bit. They have given the level of service that most FBO's reserve for millionaire jet owners. If you come to Chino, visit the Encore Jet Center. I know I sure will!

A great FBO! Fantastic aircraft services, free hangar space, and extremely friendly and accommodating staff. If you're going to Ontario, I highly recommend CNO and Encore as an alternative. However, DO NOT EAT AT FLO'S (a small cafe on the other side of Chino airport). Flo's is dirty and filled with flies, the food is lousy, and the wait staff is arrogant; but at least the portions are small and the prices are high. Accept Encore's hospitality, it’s well worth it!

Encore Jet Center is the best FBO at Chino Airport! I love their friendly staff and great rates! Their staff made sure that all of my needs were met and beyond. I highly recommend them. Next time you fly into the Chino Airport visit Encore Jet Center!

First class service and very reasonable 100LL fuel. Felt treated like a G4 customer at a Signature outfit even though I was in a Piper Arrow. If you are picking up pax, make sure and tell them Encore on south side of airport, as there are two Encore locations at CNO. Will definitely be back and refer people as well.
