Left my Mirage with Encore for 3 days while in LA on business as I have done on a regular basis over the past 2 years. As usual, the service was excellent: very reasonable in-hangar parking with one night free because I purchased fuel (fuel was also reasonable). Before I started my engine, Wendy ran out and handed me a bag of cookies and a bottle of water for my flight to Santa Fe! This is a great FBO at a great airport.

These guys are the BEST! We've been buying fuel from them for some time and their personnel and service have always been exemplary. We were recently preparing to depart KCNO and noticed that the nose tire on our TBM 850 was very low. Justin went out of his way to arrange for a nitrogen cart and we departed on time. A big thanks to Wendy, Justin, Stephen and all the Encore employees. A class outfit in every respect!

Arrived on Thanksgiving morning and the crew at Encore met me with an Enterprise rental car. The aircraft was hangared 1 night for free with an additional night for $31. Great service upon departure including fueling. Fuel prices are reasonable and the facilities and staff are very nice. I'll be back!

After flying all day I was on my second to last leg and the numbers didn't add up. I'm sure I would have landed in Anaheim somewhere if I didn't fuel ASAP. I had the great pleasure and luck to have had Stephen and Matt from Encore Jet Center come out and take care of my avgas needs so I could continue to finish my last two legs. Even though they had closed 5 minutes before they still helped me out which saved me from sleeping in the plane since nothing else was around. I will stop at Encore Jet Center any chance I have. It's a very nice and professional group their. Thank you

Stopped in at Encore in an older Piper Arrow that is in desperate need of a new paint job. However all the staff here treated us like we arrived in a Gulfstream. It's not hard to see why they have a good rating. They ended up giving us a ride across the airport in their personal car. Then to top it off a 30 percent discount on their published fuel price. Thank guys... I'll be back.

Great Customer Service and fair prices. Stopped in for 6 hours in a C182. Called the night prior. Joe was very helpful reserving an Avis rental car for me that was waiting. Dave parked me and asked if we needed help with bags and went ahead with my CC and drivers license to speed up the paperwork. Steven was very helpful as we got back to the plane in the afternoon and returned the rental car. I'll definitely use Encore again.

We have used Encore for several years. During this trip, the winds at Chino became very strong. My aircraft, a Lancair PropJet, was parked outside as I usually request (I have a custom canvas cover). The Encore personnel moved my aircraft into a hangar for added protection. They did not charge for this nor did they even contact me- they simply did the right thing! Once again, their service exceeded my expectations.

Great quick fuel stop. Friendly line guy had us fueled up in record time. Comfortable (if not terribly fancy) FBO office. Nice people on the grond, easy in and out, inexpensive gas.

I haven't been to KCNO in many years, but the service, price, etc.; from Encore was nothing short of terrific. Lineman Ryan was right there with the fuel truck when we shut down the engine, because I used Fltplan.Com to fax the fuel request, etc., in advance. Quick, very efficient fueling, etc. I was very pleased.

Today was my first trip into Chino. I have flown in to Ontario and Corona in the past. For today's flight, I decided Chino was best placed for my business needs. Kim and her team at Encore Jet Center went out of their way to take care of me. I arrived in a Diamond Star, yet I was treated like I had flown in a Gulfstream! Complimentary hangar space as well as truly courteous service really made my day. Not only that, but Kim went out of her way to help out my associates who arrived by car. I will certainly be using Chino and Encore Jet Center instead of ONT or Corona in the future.

I am an aerial digital photographer who travels most of the year and spends a lot of time in FBO's. Encore has excellent fuel prices and an even more excellent staff. Our plane was always fueled and ready to go when we needed it and the line guys were very helpful. Special thanks go out to Wendy, Holly, Sarah, and Kim for the wonderful service and friendliness. Thanks again and we hope to visit out your way again very soon. If we are out in the Chino area we are stopping by Encore!

Chose Chino because of lower fuel price at Encore and ability to get rental car. Called a couple days ahead and Sarah told us they would be having the airshow and that rental cars were scarce but she try to get one for us. Called in the morning before we left for Chino, and Sarah told us she had one for us. When we arrived, line crew was very helpful getting us parked and unloaded. Sarah had the car waiting for us. Outstanding services. We'll be back.
