10-13-09 arrived very early morning with 4 passengers whose son was in the hospital and not expected to live. We arrived too early for a rental car. He took care of the passenger as if they were his family members, he found alternate transportation and had their luggage loaded and on the way to the hospital in under 5 minutes. Please thank him and all others who helped that distraught family with his exceptional service.

Excellent friendly service, hangared my T210 for inclement weather without being asked. 50-cent discount for fuel on weekend. Rental car was ready to go. Would highly recommend

After having previously experienced the "service fees, " "tie down fees, " high fuel prices and other such attributes of the 2 FBOs at KCRP, I recommend using KTFP (formerly T43) instead.

Have started using Signature in Corpus and I have been extremely happy. Our company has a branch in Corpus and the first time we started flying there the G.M. Tanya met me and greeted me and the relationship started right there. Few months later we came back with our updated airplane and stopped in again and she remembered us and helped us like we were in a G-V. She even kept us parked in the hangar for the day during the 103-degree heat. THANKS FOR ALL OF YA'LLS HELP AND SUPPORT. SEE YA'LL SOON

I flew to Signature Flight Support and was greeted with great line personnel. The assistance of Steven was very helpful. The lady at the front desk was exceptional her name was Lorraine M and assisted me with weekend discount rates and was very efficient. I will continue to use Signature Flight Support in the future. So I highly recommend you fly in and see them I am sure they both will take very good care of you.

Signature provided our crew a very comfortable, efficient stop for fuel enroute to San Antonio. FBO offerings include a wide variety of treats, including complimentary slushies, coffee, cookies and even popcorn! Fast fuel service, new crew cars with GPS navigation, and very friendly and helpful staff members (ask for Lorraine!) made for a smooth, enjoyable stop complete with lunch at a local wings restaurant. Highly recommended!

Flew in this afternoon on a cross country from Laporte. Met immediately by friendly and courteous line staff. Filled me immediately. Front desk very courteous. Provided me with courtesy car and directions to eat. Also volunteered the weekend gas discount. I'll be back.

Yes fuel prices are high, but thanks to reading these comments, I knew to ask for the $0.50 weekend discount. Personnel first rate, both line and desk. Line guy called my cell, said "weather coming in, I can pull you into a hangar if you'd like, no charge" Very helpful with bags, fueling on non arrival/dept day (weekend discount), rental car, gate, and coloring books for kids. Facility loses points due to lack of Internet computer, but said new one coming 1 week, let me behind their desk to file on duats, WSI terminal functional. No charts/plates but sent a line guy to Atlantic (competitor on field) to get one for me. Overall, very positive experience.

Why is fuel in Corpus double that in other places nearby? Way higher than SAT, HRL, HOU....... Even with all the refineries nearby. . . .What is this doing to our aviation community here in Corpus!

Flew to CRP for a swim meet needed to stay approximately 5 hours. Steve met me at the airplane (PA28) and had a loaner ready (called ahead). Fuel was 50 cent off a gallon for the weekend. Planning area was good. Bathrooms were OK. Snack room OK. Very good experience.

Tied my Baron down overnight $15 which is reasonable. Did not buy fuel but the personnel and facility are first rate. Work hard to get you tranportation or hotel.

Unfair comments about Signature. New management has changed things drastically. Yes in the past there was issues, now the service and friendliness have been stellar.

Not really a fair comment about the Navy contract for Signature. The government pays at the government rate, which is prearranged and much, much lower profit than servicing a private aircraft. Signature has a nice lounge, good chart and planning room with Internet, and I've always had friendly and prompt service.

It is easy to understand Signature's poor service: they have a government contract with the local Naval Air Station & they could care less to service visiting pilots.
