I needed to pickup a friend, but the public terminal is closed for construction. Jet source said I could use their line, and if I was in and out quick, there would be no charge. When we came back from our weekend in Vegas, I stopped here again and got some gas too this time! Even though I was in a single piston, I was parked right out front and fueled immediately. These guys are top notch, as a military pilot for 2O+ years I've seen my share of good (and bad) FBOs and they are easily in my top 5. Thanks - Scott !!!

I love Jet Source. Every time that I have gone to Palomar for the last 5 years, I have used Jet Source. I am very disappointed however that they have charged me a ramp fee/parking fee for the last few times that I have been there. I understand that the FBOs are here to make money but please don't gouge us. The majority of the time when I am required to take on 30 gallons to waive the fees there is no way that I can take that much fuel. 5 or 10 gallons is reasonable. Jet Source you had excellent customer service and facilities prior to charging fees. Please consider that again.

The service at Jet Source was terrific! All employees we met, from line crew to the operations desk were very prompt, courteous, professional, and helpful. They are willing to work with you to meet your needs in the Carlsbad area, from rental cars, dining, to hotels (with discounts). I would recommend staying at Jet Source when visiting Palomar.

Truly a first class operation all around. Line service could not have been more attentive to our needs while there, and Jessica made sure we were able to complete everything on our schedule. Lizzie's ice tea planeside was the crowning touch. Well done!

Lots of construction at KCRQ with little room for transient parking. Jet Source allowed my pax to wait in lounge for me to arrive and park his vehicle for two days while we were gone. Our little 172 was dwarfed by all corporate jets but they treated us first class. Great place worth the extra buck a gallon for great service in a real busy place.

Great FBO! Facilities are very nice, new, and clean. The usual FBO amenities including a huge projector TV in the pilot lounge. Great staff jumps up and help at any second. Limited ramp space but they do a great job moving airplanes around to give you a great spot. Definitely will come back!

Only go to Jet Source if you want to pay extra for their good service and facilities. I was quoted "3 hour flat rate $78/hr" to do my pitot-static check. It took 4 hours to do the check (because of system leaks). I know because I was there the whole time and did most of the work myself. I was charged 5 hrs at $85/hr with the justification that their "flat rate" was just a minimum and did not include any time actually working on the problems. If you don't want to pay like you own a jet, then Jet Source does not want your business.

Another great stop at Jet Source. We needed fuel and a conference room for a business meeting, and as always, they not only accommodated us, but also were cheerful!!
