Landed on Nov. 27, 2009 runway 26, right TPA, don't overshoot the base leg; friendly folks.

Recently landed here to clear customs in our Cheyenne... The Customs officers were very nice and we were fueled and on our way to KSMO (Santa Monica, CA) in no time.

Flew in on 11/30. Rwy 26 still a little rough, but not a problem. Lots of King Airs and Corporate Jets going in and out. Cool place to fly, FBO good, and can walk into Mexicali from there is you wanted.

Flew in the first time 1/31/08. Landed Rwy 8 which was OK. Took off Rwy 26. Very rough so I put 10 degrees of flap and did a short field takeoff.

Hey Frank! Either the runway was re-paved or my technique is better. :) Its in good shape now. Customs was quick and efficient, although it was our misfortune to arrive right at shift change, which took a few minutes.
