After posting some disappointing comments after my Angel Flight on 7-27-08, I received a personal written note today from Director, Bill Moltenbrey of Business Jet Center (BJC) apologizing for the ramp fee and even reversing the charge on my credit card. Ramp fees only recently began for "no fuel purchase" operations and he stated it was never their intention to charge Angel Flight pilots such fees. Kudos to BJC for employing quality individuals like Bill, and especially to Bill for taking the time to personally correct the situation. It's exciting to see that your first class facilities have some first class people.

Excellent facilities; great line / counter personnel. I thought it was bad form to require a ramp fee for a quick turn passenger drop-off for Angel Flight. Pleaded my case to no avail. Pilots pay for everything on Angel Flight missions; too bad I couldn't find a little compassion assistance from Business Jet Center.

We use Business Jet Center on a frequent basis and switched to them because of their outstanding customer service. They never hesitate to go the extra mile and are always pleasant to deal with, even with last minute changes or bookings. A big thank you to all the staff!

Great service as usual during TX/OU weekend. Treated very well and got great help, but we sure paid for it with the high Avgas price.

Called and spoke to DJ. She took my info very professionally and called me back to confirm the rental car. Upon arrival the car was waiting on the ramp. The plane was promptly serviced and towed away. Great stop!

Very helpful staff, and very friendly...They worked hard to make our stay an equal to the bigger turbines...No Mogas available as indicated on the site...Management said they would correct this and did make us happy before we left...An A+ from us and we will return.... Thanks Business Jet Center and Staff

Just flew there last night in a 172, but they treated me like I was in one of the 20+ Citations and Hawkers they had there. EXCELLENT service and quality of personel working there. EXCELLENT wx/pilots lounge. Will be back.

I've been to Business Jet a couple of times and they are the most professional FBO in the business. However, today they topped off the airplane when I told them I didn't need fuel. So make sure you make it clear to the line guys if you don't need any. The lady at the front desk apologized and gave me a .30 cent discount on the fuel they pumped. You still can't beat Business Jet. They treat the small pistons with the same courtesy and professionalism that they treat the turbines.
