We landed in my V-tail during very poor weather. The front desk got me a rental car and made hotel reservation for us within 10 minutes. Next morning we had the plane fueled and ready to go by the time we arrived at the airport. My family and I loved the friendly and efficient service. The FBO interior is brand new, but all facilities are available. Loved the "new smell".

Arrived, gave a fuel order and ordered a GPU for start and air-conditioning later in day. Called 30 minutes before departure to confirm GPU available and KingAir fueled. Arrived with passengers, no GPU in sight, waited 20 plus minutes, helped push GPU out of hangar and it didn't work. GAVE UP and left. As a Beechcraft facility I would rate it a C+ at best. It was very hot (90degrees and humid), maybe everyone was just under the weather. This is the second time in 6 months I have been into Stevens and I don't think the desk cares; it’s just a job. They are supposed to do a great job on KingAir work. I am glad I did not do my Blackhawk conversion with them by the way I perceive the operation. I may have just gotten a fluke situation but I'll try someone else next time.

We were in for a quick turn and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Nice Job. Good cookies.

Flew in on Sat. Oct. 21, 2006. We had a car scheduled for rent. No car was there so the folks at Stevens offered the crew car at no cost. We fueled it up on return and saved money on the rental. The guys were great and we saved on the fuel price because of AirNav! We'll be back! Thanks to both Stevens and AirNav!

Good stop -- 20-cent discount with AirNav, no charge for two-night stay on ramp, ride to terminal. I'd stop here again.

Flew into Dayton to visit family in Cherokee 6. Line crew parked us 10 feet from the front door. Desk folks were helpful and took down my fuel order and tie down request for 2 nights. Kids had a cookie and we were on our way in 10 minutes. Called an hour ahead when we were leaving and asked to have the plane pulled up front. It was topped off and waiting 10 feet from the door when we arrived. Kids had another cookie. Nice operation at Stevens!

Quick gas stop at DAY on flight from St. Louis to Westchester (HPN) in C310. Service was quick and friendly and best price for gas that I've seen in a while--particularly at a larger airport. Be sure to mention AirNav for the discount price.

After attending INDY 500, decided on a whim to go to the Air Force Museum on Memorial Day. Called both FBO's prior to departure and Stevens was the only one that was going to be staffed for the whole day. Intended on renting car, but since it was very slow we were offered the un-air conditioned crew car for as long as we wanted, which we gladly accepted. Had a great day and didn't return car till nearly 6pm. Even though we were only able to purchase minimal fuel for our 182, we were treated very well to say the least! Will gladly stop here on my next trip that way!

Good gas prices, good service, no hassles. Stevens Aviation gave us a free ride over to the terminal to pick up our Avis rental car -- we were able to drop it off right at Stevens, since they are an Avis outlet. Rusty put my Grumman Cheetah in the hangar when storms moved through the area -- no charge. I'll be back.

Excellent service- Mike the lineman took good care of the plane and Amy at the front desk made all the arrangements for a room when we made an unscheduled stop due to weather. Note: make sure they have tie-downs available if you plan to stay the night, hangar space is $50 per night.

Flew in on 3-26-2006. Borrowed courtesy car to go to the Dayton Art Inst. Friendly line and counter staff. Good stop and I advise Stevens as a friendly FBO.

Lifesaver, is the best description. Mick Waltz and his crew in maintenance did an unbelievable job getting me into their very busy shop during the holiday season and solving the issues. Thanks again Mick for the great service.
