Very poor service FBO. High fees coupled w/ poor service, never go back there again. Would not help w/ hotels or car rental...Linesman was worthless, etc etc. Just all around bad attitudes from personnel.

Landed in a CJ3 today the line staff was pleasant and efficient. Facility fee is $85 per day (definitely on the steep side!!). Used AvFuel so I don't know what the fuel price was. Facility was clean and transportation rapidly arranged.

I fly into Primary Class B airports quite frequently. I hobby I guess you could say but DFW has the worst service of any of them worse that KATL. I am thinking it was probably b/c I was in a 182.

Excellent Experience. Flew in, in a Piper Seneca with a couple of passengers on Jan 26 2007. Follow me truck met us at the taxiway, van met us at the airplane to take luggage. Once inside, the staff quickly called the hotel for a shuttle. Same fast service on departure. Stayed just under 48 hours and the Ramp fees were $65 per day plus $25 landing fee. Worth it for the location and free hotel shuttle pick-up.

It is not an FBO. There is no FBO at DFW. They could really care less if you were there at all. Best bet is to go to DAL and get a courtesy car there and drive over to DFW. Not that far and much better service at any of the FBO'S there. Except for at Signature of course.

Flew in on 10/22/06 and was very happy with all of the ATC staff. I wish I could say the same for the FBO. We were not greeted or directed to park by anyone, although they were prompt in hitting us with the 90-dollar landing fee. We were there to pick up passengers and found the only available transportation is a quick shuttle to the terminal, no courtesy cars. Requested a top off by the time we returned from the terminal. Came back with our passengers an hour later to find they forgot our fuel, so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to bring the fuel truck from wherever they keep it. I understand the gas price but cannot begin to understand the 90-dollar fee for the service we received. Maybe it was because we only have 6 seats and no jet engine, or maybe its because they are the only GA place at DFW. Whatever happened to the good ole days...

Fees have gone up but still a good stop with Best or Colt card. Landing fee is $6.43/1000 landing weight. Parking quoted at $65.00/24hr for a KingAir. They used to charge parking by the 12hr period.

I was operating a FAR Part 91 flight to drop off my wife and daughter to catch an American Airlines flight. Effective the first of the month they have implemented new fees. I was charged $62.37 Landing Fee and $65.00 Ramp Fee for a total of $127.37. We were there less than fifteen minutes. We called them upon arrival and they said for us to wait and they would park us. Two minutes later the agent came out of the building to park us. We were the only aircraft at the facility and the terminal building was totally empty. I questioned the fees and the agent advised me they sent out notices to all their regular customers. I operate a 135 charter service and use DFW often. I never received any notice of the new fees. For reference I used to pay $37.50 for the above services. This is just another reason that the Wright amendment needs to be lifted and Southwest Airlines given the opportunity to compete from DAL.
