Arrived to friendly personnel willing to answer questions and provide advice for what to do in town. Everyone was very professional and helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend and return. A great place to land after a 5-hour flight.

Ferrying a new airplane and had to deviate for winter weather, arrived after a long day. Came to Durango because my expert instructor pilot had a good experience here. I have to say it was top-notch. The FBO is under new management and everyone I met had an attitude of service and friendliness. The desk staff gave me excellent recommendations and helped me arrange several logistics. We needed an oxygen fill and they didn't have a current fitting; the manager personally called and arranged for another local A&P to come by on Sunday night and fill our bird. Everything was good to go the next morning. Will happily return there for a leisure visit!

Well.... What used to be a wonderful FBO with great personnel has deteriorated to a point where any interaction with the on-field management is insufferable. I have waited (more than once) in excess of 45 minutes for 40 gallons of fuel. There is no urgency and no communication. And while we're at it, fuel prices are ridiculous and the FBO knows they have you over a barrel. I would (and have) flown to Farmington for better prices and better service. I wish for the days when Mariah and Becky were running day-to-day operations. Now, it's "take a number and we'll get back to you when we feel like it."

Very good service however the costs to park a Conquest was about $350 overnight with part of it would have been discounted with a fuel purchase. For a Cirrus, I was told that it would be $15 and they both take a single parking spot. With fuel prices what they are ($8.60), it makes for an expensive overnight stop. KPUB was literally half price for fuel.

Stopped to pickup passenger in a Citation XL. Fees for a 30 min stay were $553 with no ability to trade some fuel for a reduction. Four Seasons pricing from a Motel 6 facility. Clearly Durango needs another FBO.

Landed at Durango in a BeechJet and stayed for three days. All arrangements were easily completed on the phone. All the line service was friendly and professional. Cheryl behind the desk could run an aircraft carrier with her efficiency. Amazing how well she put all the pieces together. This place is just as good or better then any FBO anywhere.
