Stopped by for business and spent the night leaving the plane with this FBO. Great folks, had my oil changed by the nearby mechanics shop and saw a great looking restored Waco. The original exposed wood-framed wings were hanging in the shop. FBO pointed me towards Abe’s Cajun restaurant - Whoa! Great food. I was wondering about Houston, but think this stop and FBO were well worth the time.

Southwest is a great FBO. People are friendly and knowledgeable. We land here around 6 times a year and have always been treated well.

I just flew in this morning to use Medical facilities at MDACC at the Texas Medical Center complex and as usual they were right there with a new van for crew car and service for my Centurion. I have been coming here since they started accepting GA and they are the best in the Houston area for convenience to Downtown or the Medical Center. They have never disappointed me in probably 200+ trips in and out. My favorite FBO in the entire country and I fly around 400 hours a year so I see quite a few. They have put my airplane in hangar during bad weather without having to ask me. Great folks...

I flew in for an overnight last Tuesday. I had never been to Ellington Field and from the moment I taxied up to Southwest Airport Services I was impressed. Everyone at this FBO was friendly and professional. Jennifer even provided my wife with live directions over the phone to help her find the FBO as she was diving to Ellington Field to pick me up. This is a clean and first class facility. We will be back.

I love these folks! I flew to KEFD from KPSN to drop off my mom due to a canceled commercial flight. My 2 year old loved that we borrowed their crew car - a clean new minivan. When you think airport loaner you don't expect this! I have been using this FBO for 10 years and they just keep getting better and better. Few FBOs actually get it that it takes servicing all types of aviation to be successful. These professionals have their act together whether you are transient military, charter or private. Thank you for taking care of us once again!!!

Went into Southwest today in a B200 - GREAT SERVICE, only problem is that they aren't listed in Ac-U-Kwik and passengers went to the other FBO not knowing there are two. Outstanding facilities, great customer service culture...Thanks

Great turn in the middle of the night for our Global Express on a long range mission. Outstanding service, number one for take off and vectors on course which shaved about 10 minutes from our original flight plan. Very friendly people and truly concerned about our needs. I highly recommend Southwest Services at Ellington Field for all your flights in and out of the Houston area. Extremely well located for any meetings downtown, the medical center, the Galleria or the NASA facilities. Congratulations on a job well done, again!!!

Flew in for a brief weekend getaway & Space Center visit with my daughter, FANTASTIC experience & HIGHLY recommended!! Southwest was extremely helpful from the planning phase (Dana assisted a week in advance with rental car), arrival (no ramp fees, & tie-down waived 1 night with refuel), and service with a smile at their spacious and luxurious first-class facility!! Vectored around a few mins for some F-18's that we got to peek at on the ramp, by the helpful and patient controllers. Folks, this is THE place to go if you want to see the nearby Space Center!! Dinner at Mamacita's nearby, colorful and reminiscent of the Copacabana! Also a great stay at Hilton Clear Lake across the street (from the Space Center), beautiful view and breakfast in a huge bay window with the sun rising over the water was sweet. Wonderful trip will do again...Thanks Southwest, and all!!

Stopped in for a few days on the first of March. Reasonable fuel price for Houston, waived the first night tiedown with gas. NO RAMP FEE! Very friendly. Even though I am just a farm boy with my old john deer green Cessna they treated me like I was a jet. They parked me in front of the doors, loaned me a baggage cart helped me unload and load the plane. Charts and things are available for sale just off airport. The line people were very helpful and told me exactly where to find the store that is open until 6pm. I am so glad I went this place has much aviation stuff for sale. When I was leaving they towed my plane right up to the front door and helped me get ready. Thanks guys and gals! I really felt welcome. Will always make this my stop in the future when I visit Houston.

Called in advance of weekend trip and receptionist was too busy to take rental reservation...Received very apologetic phone call back at 10pm to complete reservation but was instead OFFERED THE CREW CAR FOR THE ENTIRE 24 HR PERIOD FOR MY INCONVENIENCE!! Once we arrived, the service was flawless... Particularly in view of the fact I was flying a very fuel-efficient piston single. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great facility flew in for meeting. Watched zillion military trainers take off and land! Clean and efficient and very helpful. Good place for meeting and convenient to downtown Houston.

Outstanding FBO! Everything you want and expect from an FBO. Every bit as nice as the FBOs at HOU, but a lot cheaper. I diverted there for weather on Christmas day and was absolutely pleased with their availability and top-notch services. Also, their fuel price was surprisingly low for a full-service, 24-hour operation. Excellent across the board.

Arrived on a sunny, but quite windy day. The ground service took note of my concern about the winds and without my asking put me in a hangar - no charge. FBO staff got me a decent hotel in Clear Lake within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Staff was accommodating with oil and pulling out the plane in the morning.

Can't say enough positive things about the folks at Southwest Services. Everyone from the linemen to the front desk folks is outstanding. I've been coming to EFD for years and this operation is the best. Great folks + great facilities = GREAT EXPERIENCE! Keep it up!
