They give us the same service that they do a Gulfstream! Which is amazing, as most FBO's don't even want a C421 on their ramp.

Flew in today on a flight from Del Rio to KSAT. Had to divert to KERV due to weather front surrounding San Antonio. Wonderful facility and a great staff. Allowed us to use their courtesy car so we could grab a bite to eat while we waited for a clearing. Made it out and around the heavy systems produced by Hurricane Dolly. Will return to KERV again..... Great facility and staff.

Very nice FBO. GREAT service by the ramp guys. I was VERY disappointed when they wouldn't give me the Self Serve price for their 100LL because their Self Serve pump "is down". Ramp guy offered the Self Serve price and I thought that was VERY gracious but "the boss" said NO. Looks like FULL price ($4.98) or no fuel at all. Hmmm . . . Kudos’ to the employees but a BIG thumbs down to the boss. Next time I'll stop at Gillespie County.

Outstanding service. I fly in and out of Kerrville in a 172 often and they are always rolling out the red carpet for me. Service is prompt and friendly. Wouldn’t pick another place to stay at.

The staff at Kerrville Aviation is top-notch. They bent over backwards to help us out today. The new FBO is beautiful (opened Apr 07).

Arrived Sunday 6pm to find airport deserted. No one answered repeated calls to posted call-out number or taxi service. Hotels I called would not come pick up. Gave up and flew to SAT for an awesome rate in the DoubleTree. Returned to Kerrville the next day and was told Inn of the Hills 830-895-5000 will pick up from Kerrville, but I didn't have the opportunity to confirm.

We were at Kerrville on 6/11/06 and 6/17/06. The people there are very friendly and helpful. When I shut down and asked them to top it off, I was informed that I could save $.40 a gallon if I wanted to use the SS pump. Our aircraft was hangared overnight at a reasonable price. Cab fare to Kerrville is $25 if you're staying overnight. If you want to drive somewhere to get lunch a courtesy car is provided at no charge. The airport is not busy. A very pleasant experience.

Dropped in last weekend and they are building a new terminal. Looks very nice. Fuel price was very high for area. Raytheon SAT has cheaper full service avgas.

Been through KERV a couple of times, but the last was unplanned... With an alternator failure, a diversion to Kerrville was on the cards, and the ground staff were quick to assist with the problem. When it became apparant that I wasn't going anywhere (at lest by air), I was loaned the crew car for the best part of a day. Superb service, very freindly people, and one of the best places to wait out a maintenance problem that I can think of! Thanks! See you again...

Great service! Rental car was brought right up to the plane, just moments after parking.

Nice service and friendly people. They should however put in their list of services that there is a ramp fee without minimum fuel purchase on some aircraft. Don't want to feel ambushed on the ramp.
