Landed at 5:30pm and departed at 8:30pm the same evening. I was charged the $15.00 ramp fee. I've been there before and not been charged the ramp fee. Will only go back if I have too! On the other hand, the FAY controllers are always helpful and professional. THANK YOU!

Friendly staff. Wireless Internet and nice little pilot lounge. $15 ramp fee was not waived.

I visited on a long cross-country flight to get fuel, and everyone was really friendly. There was no one to park me when I taxied in so I ended up parking a ways down the line from the FBO. They were great about getting the plane filled up and ready to go. The facility was very nice and I enjoyed resting there for a few minutes. This is a place I would return to.

Excellent FBO, very professional and courteous staff. CSR Nora was extremely helpful with all questions and requests I had. Highly recommend if flying into the area. PS- I’m still winning the bet Nora.

I've been to Landmark in Fayetteville two times in the last year. The first time they broke the steering link on my Bonanza and this time they wanted a $15.00 per night tie down and parking fee. I moved the airplane twelve miles away to Rayford for free parking.

Dropped off a couple of passengers in a Saratoga on 7-12. They charged me a $15 landing fee and a $15 facility fee. One would have been waived if I purchased fuel. I fly to FAY often and this is the first time I have been charged these fees. I usually buy a little 'courtesy fuel' but no more. It would cost me more with the difference between my home fuel cost and theirs. I'm based 15 minutes away.

Cessna 310 - We diverted and arrived at KFAY un-announced. Landmark found us a hotel with shuttle, priced their fuel fairly, and with good grace handled all of our last-minute needs quite well. The Holiday Inn on 95 is particularly nice, with breakfast included, pool, etc., and a courtesy shuttle. Landmark is a good choice.

Very well taken care of. Flew a Citation V in on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend. Line guys were on the ball handling the three jets that came in all at once. CSR was very helpful with crew cars, payment, and seeing that we were comfortable. Fuel was slightly on the high side, but still reasonable. Thanks for the great experience!

Flew down from Northern Virginia on 3/27 with another instructor to pick up an airplane that was stranded here. Our Cherokee Arrow may as well have been a G-5! I'm always impressed when an FBO treats a prop like a jet. They literally laid out the red carpet for us. We were on the ground for only an hour but they sure left a great impression. Fair fuel prices and no ramp fee, plus great facilities and a friendly staff this is the way all FBOs should be. I'll recommend my Commercial students to take their long XCs to FAY!

After being kicked around by headwinds and turbulence for three hours, it was a relief to be treated nicely by the friendly woman at the desk of FAY's FBO. Their pilot's lounge provided a comfortable place to rest up for the next leg, and the (by today's standards) reasonable fuel prices didn't hurt anything either. Would definitely stop here again.

Great service! We arrived late (and after hours) and someone was waiting for us with the rental car even though we made a mistake in the reservation. Plane was ready and fueled when we asked and the lineman was helpful with the group pictures. First night tie-down waived with fuel purchase.

Outstanding service from very friendly folks. I topped off (51 gallons) and received a $.20 per gallon discount paying $4.40 plus $.30 sales tax per gallon for 100LL.

Diverted due to weather. After a very bumpy approach, I needed someone to take care of me and my father and these guys did just that. The lady at the counter made hotel arrangements, called the hotel to make sure the van was on the way and even offered to drive us herself. Lineman towed the plane and secured it and at the end of the day, no tie-down fee the next morning! Only drawback was the line guy didn't meet us on the ramp.

High fuel prices and astronomical ramp fees are the order of the day at FBOs with no competition.

Refueled on 3/23 on way to HXD from FDK. Great personnel in App/Dep control and tower and at Signature but wow, did I get socked for fuel. The restaurant in the terminal is very good for a quick bite and you can't beat the wide open, huge runway. Lower the fuel prices and you've got a perfect combination. Unfortunately, will be stopping at a smaller airport on my next trip to save some cash.

Fly a King Air 200 in for a two hour stay and was charged $200!!!! KATL charges me $150 KDFW charged me $85 with a overnight stay!! Most I have ever been charged to land this thing! Gas was at $4.18 a gallon for Jet A and they would have waived the $200 fee if I had bought gas there of 100 or more gallons! Me and my company's other aircraft will NOT be returning ever if we can help it! Service was good and everyone was friendly, not $100 an hour friendly though! Those prices are usually reserved for lawyers, doctors, and "professional" ladies!!!!

Starting to see more of these Landmark units popping up. They have expensive gas, ramp fees and fair service. Actually, this FBO is more expensive than any of the Signature FBOs in So. Cal. Too bad FAY is a convenient location. Next time I will go somewhere else, nothing magic about this location. No reason to pay a 25-buck ramp fee for one night when you buy 85 gal. of overpriced 100LL. If enough people do this they will get the picture.

Gas was $4.61 but tie down for a Baron 55 was $25 per night and was NOT waived with fuel purchase. Service was good, people were friendly and helpful.
