Jerry is an example of how aviation should be. Flew into KFBL for a meeting in Albert Lea. Jerry allowed me to use the courtesy car to avoid dreaded Enterprise and pulled the airplane into the hangar to warm it for me. Cheap fuel and good coffee too! KFBL will be my standard stop now instead of KOWA. Thanks Jerry

I was in Faribault for the day with my wife and daughter to tour a nearby college. Jerry met me at the plane and provided a courtesy car for the entire day. The car itself was fun - a recycled police car, so you couldn't open the back seat door or the window from inside. While I was gone, a thunderstorm blew in and Jerry put my plane in a hangar to avoid any possible hail damage. He refueled the plane even though it's advertised as self-serve. And the fuel is cheap (that's a relative term nowadays). All in all, a great experience at a small FBO.

Spent last night at FBL. They waited 15 minutes after closing to park us and allow us to get rental car. Today, they put the airplane in their heated hangar (no charge) to allow the frost to get off the airplane. Jet A was very reasonable at $4.31/gal. Great downtown area. Watch the snowbanks.
