Thanks for the excellent service. The rental car was pulled up to the aircraft before I stepped out of the aircraft. Next time I land at Flying Cloud I will stop at ASI.

Terrific service, especially Leah. Unexpectedly had to remain over night. Leah took care of hotel for 3, rental car, hangar our Piper Mirage. Great service from line guys. Excellent FBO. Will return.

Consistently excellent line service. Plane is fueled in a timely fashion, always pulled out to the line when it’s supposed to be there, and cars are warmed up and pulled alongside upon landing. Service exceeds some of the top FBOs. Shop does excellent work but needs to work on communication skills to avoid invoice shock.

We were at ASI on business on Oct 19th. My passengers’ wish was to use a conference room for the day. Sarah was more than helpful to coordinate the use of room for 10 people for the day. The meeting and business completed was a success. Our company owes thanks to ASI & Sarah for their part in this. The facilities are excellent. My only negative comment is that the CFI's should probably keep their shoptalk out of the lobby and lounge areas. When the opportunity arises we will use ASI again.

Very nice facility with a well trained and service orientated staff. Was asked upon arrival if I had any maintenance items that needed attention while I was in town, which was a first. When my ride was late they offered me a car to use. While waiting I listened how they handled the phones and calls for information, all well done. Looked like a well-staffed service shop with spotless hangers, planning room, pilots lounge, TV, fresh cookies...All that you can ask for. Recommend ASI at FCM.

Needed unscheduled maintenance while at KFCM on 7/23/2006. Left our Mooney with ASI while we drove to AirVenture. Competent and professional maintenance team. Work done on time and for amount estimated. Good communication throughout the process. FBO staff was helpful. Nice facility though women's bathroom seemed neglected.

Whenever I fly into KFCM and stop at ASI the people have been very friendly and helpful. I'm always asked if I'd like to be topped off and I recently had their avionics shop install a new transponder. I'm offered to use the courtesy car every time I've been there which is very nice. I highly recommend this FBO; it's hard to find this level of service at a large FBO especially as a little guy.
