The team at Million Air Topeka went far above what was expected! We had an elderly couple on board. The line service did everything they could to make them feel respected and comfortable. They really showed a tremendous amount of respect for them. As for the crew and plane, I have never had better service in 45 years as a professional pilot, EVER! They were on top of everything and made offers of what services were available. I have flown around the world and never had better service. Prices were fare and competitive.

The Million Air team treated us like rock stars. We were heading to Omaha and diverted to KFOE. They had every excuse to work around us due to having an air show the next day. No excuses, made us feel at home, extended every service, even got us to a hotel for the night. True customer service from the management to all employees. Great job Million Air Topeka team!
