Can't say enough good about Phazar. They had my rental pulled up to the airplane before the props stopped. They hangared it for free. Kim, Jessica and Debbie were superb. The facility is one of the best I've seen.... The flight planning room, for one thing, is huge and practically luxurious. When the rental fluked out (good ole Enterprise), they pulled up a courtesy car and took me to my hotel. This is a really, really good FBO.

Phazar is great! They were waiting when I arrived, had the rental car running with the A/C on, fuel the plane and stored it in the hangar. Wireless Internet, friendly staff. Even shipped my thumb drive that I left in the flight planning room by FedEx. OUTSTANDING!

Flew into Fort Worth Meacham, June 6 after 8PM Line Service guys were great. I had called a few days earlier, checking fuel and parking costs, told them I would need a taxi. I parked the Seneca unloaded my baggage direct into my taxi, waiting for me. They parked my plane in a hangar for 2 nights at no charge, with purchase of fuel, which was priced very reasonable for today’s prices. I will use Phazar my next trip to Fort Worth, Best experience I have ever had with any FBO.

Stopped in at Phazar April 28th and the service was excellent. All the folks at Phazar were friendly, helpful and courteous. I was just there for the day but they had me refueled and had my RV-4 in a hangar out of the sun and heat in just a few minutes. When I returned to depart, one of the linesmen was even cleaning the windshield. Great place to stop and would highly recommend this FBO to all

This comment has been long overdue. My little brother who is a volunteer at the Vintage Flying Museum sent me here. He told me how supportive they are of the museum. After arriving I was shocked! This is by far the best FBO I have been to, and I have been to a lot all over the country. Three times visited for an overnight, no fuel bought (sorry folks) and they my plane in the hangar-no charge and it was pulled out waiting for me the next morning. Very nice facility, excellent service, and genuinely good people.. I have and would recommend Phazar to anyone stopping in DFW.. You won't be disappointed. Thanks.

Good experience at Phazar and the linesmen. My student was new to linesmen signals and parked in the wrong direction. They gave us a ride in their golf carts to and from the FSS, and when we returned our plane was turned around. Big thanks to them for their consideration and cheerful service!

This was our first time into KFTW, and our expectations for Phazar's service and facility had already been set on "High". We landed on Thanksgiving Day in our single Comanche, and we certainly were not let down. Phazar is as good as, or better than any FBO in the country from our experience. Friendly service, superb facilities, and an all-around feeling of professionalism all added up to make me say that Phazar is "our" FBO in Fort Worth!

Stopped by Meacham for the first time this past weekend (11/18/06) had heard good reports about Phazar and was not disappointed. Abby and Jessica were great at the desk and the line men were top notch and made us feel special even though we were in a Mooney surrounded by Jets. Check them out; you will be glad you did!

Another business trip to Ft. Worth Meacham and I decided to try the new FBO, Phazar Flight Support. Just a drop-in for a day meeting and back out that afternoon. A call the day before verified that a taxi could be made ready for me when I landed the following afternoon. A new FBO, but I must report that NEVER have I EVER been treated so well at any major airport FBO. From the linemen to the counter help, everyone was courteous and (more important) efficient and correct. The cab was on time, the airplane was fueled when expected, and pulled out just as I arrived back. I realize one visit is hardly a statistical sample, but I am definitely going to use them on my return trips – and recommend them highly to my fellow pilots.

This is one fabulous FBO! I've been flying for 20+ years and I've never had better service than at Phazar. I fly a piston twin and they treat me like I was driving a G-V.

My comments are long overdue. Phazar is the best FBO, by far. Everyone bends over backwards to take care of you, even in a Grumman Yankee! The new facilities are great. Thanks for everything!

We flew a BE-76 into KFTW for the 4th July weekend and decided to try Phazar for the 1st time . . . Phazar is the BEST FBO I've been to in a very long time. The fuel prices can't be beat, and the service is top-notch and professional with facilities that look brand new. Brett and Travis are excellent at handling the aircraft (hangared it for free for the weekend) and Debbie and Kathy had the rental car waiting for us and were a great help. Phazar will be my business every time!

I normally go to one of the "other" FBOs when going to FTW, and I go there a lot as my Mom lives only 5 minutes away. But this time I decided to try Phazar - mainly due to the comments on this website. I was NOT disappointed! Friendly, Fast, Efficient! They were genuinely glad to see my wife, my Comanche and me! Folks inside & out were fantastic - when I was getting ready to put the sunshades on my windshields to keep the Texas sun & heat out, the attendant said "don't worry about that sir, we'll put in the hangar until you get back". And they did - at no charge!! Even though it's a little difficult to get in & out of on the street-side, they're more than easy to find on the airside - last facility on the north side of the airport...PHAZAR is my new home when I visit my Mom!!!

Great service! Came in and picked up crew car. Returned in 2-3 hrs. Very friendly staff, inside and out. They even put the plane in a hangar for the bulk of the time to keep the cabin from becoming unbearable. Complete facilities with ATIS & CD phone service. When going to FTW I'll go back.

Absolutely the NICEST, most well equipped FBO we have flown to. Exceptional service, two red carpets (one for each side!), great fuel prices, and smiles everywhere!!! They handle mostly the big jets and turbos, but they treat homebuilts and GA aircraft just as nicely! FANTASTIC FBO!!!

Came in with a C172, as posted in previous comments, they still treat you with the same service a GV would get, red carpet and all. Wonderful friendly staff. Will absolutely be my FBO whenever I fly into KFTW.

One word to describe this FBO & Staff - SUPERB!! They had the car waiting for my passenger, line manager even let me use his car to get lunch. The new facilities are impressive - pilot lounge, flight planning, and lobby - they even have tea & coffee and go out of their way to serve the customer.

AWESOME!!!! Came in a rented C-152, Treated like the Citation X that came in at the same time! Hangered overnight for free, cheapest fuel (cheaper than self serve at others) on the field, Awesome friendly staff. VERY nice lobby, free wireless, offered free refreshments, and so much more!

Phazar Flight Support opened April 1 and you owe it to yourself to check it out. The facility is first class all the way around with the cheapest fuel on the field. The line service guys and customer service gal's go out of their way to make sure you'll want to come back. Either land long on Rwy 34 or short on Rwy 16 and taxi in at the North end of FTW. Ask for Hangar Bunny when you shut down. He'll be happy to see you.

Nancy and the line crew are simply AWESOME. I was treated like a rock-star at Phazar. Even though the hangar is filled with Lears, Cessna Jets and Gulfstreams they treated me and my Mooney just like the big boys... Not only did they clean my windows before I left, they wiped down the wings and leading edges to remove the bugs! I can't recommend this FBO enough. Thanks again!

I gotta tell all aviators that Sara and Nancy at Phazar are "THE BEST". Sara works mainly weekends and is so helpful, she went out of her way to see that my crew and I were taken care of on three seperate weekends we were there at their facility. And Nancy man she is great too. On several trips made during the weekdays, she made sure we got the best fuel price and also made hotel and rental car arrangments so easy. We at U.S. Jets Inc. owe her and Sara a great deal of thanks. You will not ever find a ground support crew like the guys at Phazar either, they are the best in the business. I can tell all of you these things after 24 years in the business! Thanks Phazar!!!!

I am based at Phazar with two corporate Jets and wanted to give the linemen, a thousand "atta-boys"! They are the best and here they are; Dave, Dan, Phillip, John, Brandon, Rudy, Scott and Kevin. I would encourage transient pilots to stop and enjoy this facility and the personnel.

I thought service was dead but Phazar has renewed my optimism, these guys and gals are fantastic, even to the little guy. I wish I could duplicate what they do with their employees... eager presence, great attitude, very helpful and thoughtful. They took terrific care of my fabric airplane, looks like they washed and waxed the bugs off of it, provided hangar at no extra charge - this is not normally expected but MUCH appreciated for a small fabric plane in the summer heat. Rental car waiting by the tiedown when I pulled in, airplane on the line again at departure. I find them to be in a good location to... easy in, easy out. Thanks Phazar!

Oh, Nancy...please forgive me for not posting this as soon as I told you I would!!! Had a meeting at the downtown Fort Worth Radisson at 0830. Parked my C170 at 0800 and the Phazar car was waiting before I had the seat belts tied up. The lineman even carried my bag back to the plane after I changed clothes so I wouldn't be delayed. Then sweet, sweet Nancy drove me to the Radisson and was waiting when to pick me up at 1700. She even took another guy back to a competing FBO..they made him take a taxi to the meeting that morning. When I got back my C170 was parked center stage on the Phazar ramp and I got the same red carpet service! All I could do was buy about 10 gallons of gas and say thanks a thousand times! I'll be back!

All below is very true. I tried to hire all of them! What great service. Called and they were waiting. Didn't even get the engines shut down and they had my bags out and in the car (Nancy drove me downtown). If you are going anywhere near Dallas/Ft Worth, STOP here. Unmatched quality of service.

Arrived at Phazar, and the experience was pleasurable. It's not often that the red carpet is laid down for a Saratoga. Frankly, I don't need the red carpet, but right away Phazar made a statement about the customer service that I was going to receive this day. I had returned 6 hours later for departure and found that the leading edges & glass had been debugged, free of charge. Their new FBO is not yet finished (supposedly grand opening in late Sept-early Oct), but they allowed us to use the admin office area and shop break room. Cheapest fuel on the field, and the best Customer Service by far. We will use them again!!

Everything said above is correct! I stopped on July 23 and they could not please me more. A-36 put in barn at no cost and fuel was $2.89. Auto waiting for me and the shops [interior, mechanical] were huge and clean. Nice people.

I would like to thank all folks at Phazar for the first class service I received while there for two nights around the 4th of July. I had a free hangar for two nights and when I returned to fly out I thought I had the wrong plane! They had "rinsed" the plane and it looked better than new! They were extremely accommodating and friendly. Gas price was very reasonable! I'll be back.

We agree with all of the other comments. Phazar is the first class FBO on Meacham. We have been based at a couple of the others and are now part time with Phazar and part time with Signature at John Wayne. Phazar is a notch above Signature. The line guys are really great, and yes they will clean the bugs and even some of the grease off your aircraft. Love this FBO and can't wait till they are fully up with there new facility.

First class service all the way. This is the way to run an FBO and I'll be going to Phazar everytime I come to Fort Worth. The service was unreal, with motivated employees that loved their jobs. The facility is impressive with the best gas prices on the field. If you rent a car like I do they had it ready to go for me at the airplane when I arrived with the red carpet, a very class act. They have made a loyal customer out of me. I can't thank them enough, it made the trip for my wife and I. Thanks!

I stoppped at Phazar for a few hours to do some business in Fort Worth and also utilized one of their crew cars. Line crew was extremely friendly and helpful, and when I returned they had even cleaned some of the bugs off of the plane. Fuel prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend a stop at Phazar - Meecham is a quality airport and is not as busy as some of the other DFW metro airports.
