There are literally few words to describe the Banyan experience, but let me try: AWESOME, INCREDIBLE, OMG, and UNBELIEVABLE all come to mind. I only fly a Skymaster, but every time I visit, they make me feel like I just flew in with Air Force One. The red carpet is only the beginning. With no prompting they bring up your rental car planeside, help you load up your bags, and standby for anything else you need (patiently waiting while you shutdown and are satisfied all is well). The departure experience is just as complete. The girls behind the front desk know what customer service is all about. Bill G also took the time to respond to emails ahead of my visit, making me feel welcome. So pre-visit, to line, to CSR, to line again - they cover it all. Thanks for another great visit.
Response from Bill Garghill, Director of Customer Support From the Banyan Air Service Team, once again we would like to thank all of our customers for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Your comments help us with continuous improvement. Banyan has been selected by the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism as a "Gateway FBO to The Islands of the Bahamas". We can assist you with the required documentation and planning on your trips to the Bahamas. Call, write, or visit at anytime and we will be happy to assist you, Sincerely.

The best service anywhere. The linemen are extremely attentive to your needs. It's nice to have a red carpet put down when you deplane (and I only drive an Archer). Visit the Jet Cafe (great restaurant) and Hanger 53 (fun pilot shop) while at Banyan. Both are within short walking distance but I'll bet the linemen will want to drive you. This FBO is the greatest!

As always, Banyan takes great care of their customers large and small. Don't forget the new restaurant. I never thought the "$100 Hamburger" could come with so much flare. Great salads too. Use them as your coast out point for the Bahamas. They have all the info and forms you need.

Today, I was in Banyan's snack room doing some paperwork and waiting for the rain to stop so, I could go and put on my aircraft cover. While I was there one of the line service personal approached and asked me how was I doing today... I answer "great! Just waiting for this rain to stop so I could go to my aircraft and put the cover"... He told me not worry about it, that he would do it for me so I don't get wet. I was surprised when he said that to me! That was REAL customer Service! I highly recommend Banyan as your FBO!

We flew in yesterday on BE76. The line crew was great, we even got 2 red carpets in the midst of all the jet traffic. The HERTZ rental was pulled right up to the plane. The facility was beautiful, and the coffee was to die for. I Highly recommend Banyan to anyone. This place is number 1 in my book. Keep up the good work.

Outstanding service experience by linemen and the very friendly and helpful ladies at the service desk, even though I fly only a Mooney TLS Bravo. They also assisted my car rental when I had difficulty calling and getting through to the local Enterprise Auto facility, which reliably delivered and picked up my car at Banyan. Great looking FBO with nice computer facilities and excellent pilot shop. I hope to try the Jet Cafe next trip. I definitely will plan to return to Banyan.

Arrived for biz meetings and convention get together last week and weekend. Called the week prior to reserve a rental car, and confirm details were in place for our group. The front desk was extremely helpful. Bruce W. (CSR) also called day before to review. Arrived FXE at night, in the pouring rain. Line folks were ready and waiting with car. When I needed to take a prospect for a demo the next day, they had my plane on the line in less than 30 minutes. The staff was EXTREMELY courteous, friendly, and HELPFUL -- I can't say enough about how customer focused and friendly these folks are. Posted prices for 100LL are higher, but our group negotiated discounts that made them competitive to others on the field. The line ops people were always helpful even when we needed to reposition on the ramp a few times. The only disappointment: the Cafe is closed on Sundays. Although a "big iron" place they sure treated me with my SEL (and our group) like gold. A big hat tip to all on the Banyan team.

My aviation group was hosted at the Banyan FBO and I have to say they are top notch! The staff took great care of us! I admit that this isn't my first time at Banyan and they have always treated me good. I fly a small single engine bird but they treat me like one of the big guys! Thanks Banyan!

Ridiculously expensive fuel, good luck with late night fueling! Go right across ramp to save yourself a buck/gal on avgas!! They must be following suit of Signature!!

It's scary going to a busy airport and FBO like this if you’re a SEL from far away. But I always love coming here because they treat me like I'm a big shot. I was en route to Nassau, and their travel pack for that trip made it VERY easy. Don't forget to not only file ADCUS on the flight plan, but also CALL the US Customs on the field from the Bahamas so you don't get a warning letter. Thanks!

Flew in just to try the Jet Cafe Restaurant and it was well worth it. The service is top-notch and the menu is full of good sounding and (and looking) food. The restaurant is on the ramp so there is a lot to look at. Airplane drivers enter and exit via a golf-cart ride from the Banyan FBO; some ramp space available in front of the restaurant.

Tried out the new Jet Runway Cafe today -- probably the best airport breakfast I have ever had -- seriously! It may be as good as any breakfast I've had anywhere. Beautiful restaurant, great service, and Banyan provided parking at no charge (they are a partner in the restaurant). Visited the pilot shop after breakfast and it's a great store as well. Planning on making regular flights to eat here!
